Looking for the perfect location, but don't desire to be in the hustle and bustle of Savannah's nightlife? State Street Escape is tucked away off of quiet Greene Square, only one block from Broughton Street and just minutes from Savannah's famed River Street!

The décor of this charming home creates an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for your entire party. Stepping into the living space, guests have an ample amount of plush seating, where they can gather together at the end of the day and catch up on their favorite shows. The open floor plan of this property flows from the combined living space with breakfast bar, into the fully equipped kitchen. The elevated, and spacious kitchen features all of the modern conveniences one could wish for. Everything has been tastefully selected to make this an exceptionally convenient spot to call home… even just for a few days!

Tucked away, and boasting with natural light, the Queen-sized bedroom features a soothing, neutral palette and with a ensuite bathroom. The beautiful ensuite bath has been recently remodeled, and features an elevated vanity, plus a spacious shower/tub combination.

Greene Square acts as a serene oasis just nearby the hub of bustling downtown. Guests are only a short walking distance away from the Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options.

Perfect clean little place to safely lay your head

The two of us spent two days in Savannah visiting family. We needed a place to sleep that was centrally located and safe. Great location and close to historic spots and hot spots

First Time Visit

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, clean & comfortable retreat! Location close to Broughton, Bay & River Street. We were able to park on street 5 spaces from our door. Loved the shower head and water pressure! Pillows need to be replaced…not comfortable. Would stay here again.

My Savanah Weekend

Great location. 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Plenty of parking all around us. A/C worked great. Apartment was clean. I would 100% stay at the same place again.

2 days in Savannah

Great little spot! Super cute decor. Only tip i could suggest is maybe some white noise machines? The street level apartment was quite noisy. There also wasnt bedding for the sofa bed, found some spare bedding for the queen bed.

Great spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was spotless. Helpful book with recommendations and procedures. Great spot far enough away from the masses of people but beautiful few minutes walk to anything. Everything worked great! Water didn’t get very hot but that isn’t a problem for us. Lovely spot. I would highly recommend for two people.

Great location

Clean, cute, comfortable place. Great location for ealking to EVERYTHING. Only issue was no wi-fi, which meant no TV during the evenings and during the rain. Management came by to assess the issue but never came back and was never contacted about a resolution. We were unable to connect using our hotshot on our pgones as well. Overall this is a good olace to stay.

Perfect location!

This property was an overall great experience, in the heart of the historic district in downtown savannah the location is great, you are one street away from broughton street which has plenty of restaurants and bars etc and then about a 10 minute walk to river street, you are close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle so it is also quiet, apartment was exactly as advertised and for the price you cant go wrong, ive seen other reviews saying things about safety etc, we didnt experience any of that and thought the neighbourhood was lovely, the only thing i can mark it down on slightly was the check in process, the process itself was easy but i personally never received the instructions and had to call the office to get the info, it was all resolved in a quick call so no biggie, would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back!

Great location!

I was in Savannah for a conference and brought my mom and my sister with me. The apartment was quaint and had just about everything we needed. The location was the best part of our stay. I was able to walk to my conference each day and we walked to all of the dining locations. We also walked to River Street. Street parking was easy and inexpensive. Our only issue was the wifi router went out our second day and was not repaired/replaced before we left. I spoke with Claire in the office, but no remedy was offered.

Enjoyable and convenient

Clean, recently renovated, and very convenient to the historic attractions we were most interested in. Cozy, but worked very well for my wife and I. Fair price for the area. Would stay there again if we were visiting Savannah again. No significant complaints, but we would have liked to have been informed about the absence of parking at the unit and the no option except to pay for nearby parking for the week. Also, recommend adding basic instructions for operating the two TV remotes. The services there are different from what we have at home in CT and some seemed to be password-protected and not using the same password as the Wi-fi. We managed, but never did figure out how to get local channels.

Did not get much sleep!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every night till around 3:00 AM the people above us walked around constantly. Did not have a good nights sleep the whole time. We had to go buy some ice trays because there was not any in unit.
