Comfortable Stay!

The rental was very clean, had all the amenities needed and very comfortable beds. We contacted the Owner of the property with questions and received a call back quickly. All in all, a very good stay!

Perfect for small family with dog.

Loved that it’s small and kinda away from the middle of the resort and has a private exit at the back to take our dog out when he needed to get out and play in the grass! Towels were a little small but other than that it was perfect!

Sorry. have to say this unit could use a good cleaning...and garbage pile up at entrance doors that critters have gone through is less than appealing. The size of the unit was perfect for our needs, though.

We enjoyed our stay at Edward’s condo. It was close to all the attractions and had everything we needed. We are so happy we could bring our dog with us rather than board him. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

New Year Weekend stay

This property was great for the NY weekend stay for me, my husband and our dog. Great communication with the owner, next door to the Chula Vista resort lobby where you can find good restaurants and 15 min away from main attractions in the Dells. Our dog enjoyed the golf course walks. Everything was great and as described in the listing

Nothing fancy - just what we needed

We liked that it wasn’t right in the thick of all the kids and families. Edward was very responsive when we had quiestions. We would stay there again if we come back to the Dells.

Good Location, Comfortable Beds, Accommodating Owner

It was a nice room for the four of us and fit our needs for travel with a kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The The location is great, its across the street from the water park, so the walk is a few minutes or you can drive right over. We did have an issue: There was no hot water our first night and morning because the resort had to replace a water heater and though the resort handled it poorly, the owner was very accommodating asking how he could make up for the resort's mishap and offering to switch us to another room with hot water.

Great room but strange camera placement

We loved this little room for our needs and communication with the owner was excellent. However there was a Ring camera on BOTH the outside and INSIDE of the room. The inside Ring was covered with a shutter but it wasn’t all the way closed when we got there. Could someone hear us and also potentially see us? I didn’t like this at all and feels like a huge privacy violation.

Heating/Ac

Not sure if you are aware, when I set the thermostat to 68 it continuously ran heating the unit to 80 while we slept the first night. It appears to not shut off when the desired temp is set. Other than that the stay was convenient and pleasant. Thank you!

The room was ok. Very loud around there. The "hot tub" was one of the reasons i choose the place because as advertised it looked like it was personal and out through your own doors. Never got to use the hot tub. Anyway will not go back or recommend.

A little disappointing.

Left message with owner after arriving and he did not respond; photo of pool on website gives impression that it is on the property; communication about using Water Park could be better; safety and security of the building leaves much to be desired: building is open 24/7; very unusual to have NO sheets on either of the bed; website should also be clear that it is a one room motel room- no separate sleeping or any private quarters within the unit. We had a 11 year old granddaughter with us and did not realize that there was no private area for us to be in after she was in bed...

Great place at a reasonable price!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a very easy process to reserve and the communication with the owner was great! The condo was clean and very comfortable. The area was beautiful. It was close to town for us to enjoy. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. There was only one negative, which was that the hot tub closes at 10:00 pm, so we were only able to enjoy it for about 10 minutes (we had a late dinner). If we would've known, we would have scheduled our time differently. That was the one amenity that we were unable to thoroughly enjoy, but it is no fault to the owner at all. Thanks to Ed for being so kind and courteous to us.

Dells Vacation

Great place to stay! People were around but was quiet at night. Outside of downtown Dells so not a busy place. Nice to have a kitchen for easy meals.
