Immerse yourself in the charm of the French Riviera by staying in our Provençal villa, nestled near Saint-Tropez on the heights of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, 1.2 km from the sea.

Our picturesque haven combines rustic elegance with modern comfort, offering a unique experience where you can admire the magnificent sea view from the shaded terrace.

With a surface of 200m2, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Enjoy the numerous private indoor and outdoor spaces to share unique moments with family or friends, alternating between relaxation and amusement, immersed in a garden adorned with beautiful Provencal vegetation and a heated pool.

Living area:

The vast living area of more than 80m², with a large semi-open kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and a TV lounge, enjoys a magnificent sea view. The fully equipped modern kitchen features large storage spaces, a wine cellar, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 large refrigerators and 1 freezer. There is also a visitor’s WC.

Sleeping areas:

- 1 suite with a king-size bed (180 cm), dressing room, bathroom, desk area, sofa, and balcony with a sea view.

- 1 independent area with direct access to the garden, composed of a king-size bed (180 cm), lounge area, smart TV, storage cabinets, kitchenette, and bathroom. In addition, there is an independent sleeping area with 2 bunk beds.

- 1 double bedroom with direct access to the pool sector and garden, consisting of a king-size bed (180 cm), wardrobe, desk area, smart TV and large bathroom (to be shared with another bedroom).

- 1 double bedroom with direct access to the pool sector and garden composed of a queen-size bed (160 cm), wardrobe, and large bathroom (to be shared with another bedroom).

Outdoor Spaces:

Enjoy over 2000m² of Mediterranean gardens in a cozy, quiet, and shaded setting adorned with provençal vegetation, including:

- A covered terrace with a magnificent lounge area to enjoy the beautiful sea view and astonishing sunrises

- A heated swimming pool (available from May to October, or upon request during other periods) surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area with comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and natural shade, completed by a traditional pool house.

- A large shaded terrace with a wooden deck, equipped with a large table for 10 guests and a generous lounge area

- BBQ area fully furnished

- Outdoor shower (hot and cold water)

- A spacious and separated play area (Pétanque, Molkky, etc.)

- A large private driveway, numerous parking spots, and a closed garage with wide space for storage (bikes, kayaks, etc.)

- Multiple stations that can be used and arranged for remote work

- Multiple smart TVs with access to media services

- Fully air-conditioned house, thanks to a centralized system ensuring maximum comfort with no noise nor direct airflow

- Separated laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and large sink.

- On request, baby bed, and high chair

- The property is protected by a CCTV and alarm system. The pool is guarded by a fall detection alarm.

Cleaning and Linen:

We ensure optimal comfort, cleaning, and maintenance of bed linen, and towels through professional partners' intervention between each rental. Intermediate cleaning and linen change can be organized upon request at an additional cost.

We thank you for leaving the villa in a condition that will not require excessive or deep cleaning (dishes not cleaned, food leftovers, soiled walls, furniture, appliances, etc.). The cleaning fee set by the host is intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between bookings. Any breach of this rule will incur additional charges on the guests.

Good to know:

The entire property: house, grounds, and amenities are entirely privatized for the guests for the duration of the stay.

To ensure everyone's peace of mind, it is requested to reduce the noise level between 10 PM and 8 AM. The villa is for family use only; parties and other events are not allowed. The number of guests will be strictly limited to the number of guests indicated at the time of the initial booking; no additional guests will be allowed without the prior agreement of the owner. Failure to comply with these rules will be subject to additional costs or legal actions.
