Avalon Beach 5 is our premier ground level offering that combines 2 separate units located in a quaint South Mission Beach building - just a few homes away from a surf & swim friendly beach. This listing combines a ground level 3br + 1.5ba & 2br + 1ba for total of 5bedrooms + 2.5bathrooms. Highlights include 3 parking spaces, washer/dryer & exclusive access to the ground level outdoor patio with seating + shade umbrella + BBQ. Maximum occupancy 14 (10 adults max). Note-no A/C, fans are provided.

This professionally designed 4-unit building property includes 2 units on the 1st/ground level & 2 units on the 2nd/upper level. This offering provides access both ground level units & the ground level patio. Each unit has its own separate entry (they do not connect on the inside) & the 2nd level units do not have access to your patio.

• SHOPPING & DINING Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• ATTRACTIONS Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than one combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

Great family home

This home worked well for our family of all ages. Comfortable, clean and all one level. We loved the patio and the location. The property manager responded quickly when we had a clogged drain. We had a wonderful week.

A great weekend with family. Creating new memories and new stories to tell. This property had beach toys the kids were able to use and the laundry with supplies was convenient for cleaning up.

Our stay at Avalon Ct.

Fourteen of us had a happy 4 night stay. Loved the proximity to the beach, the bay, and Belmont Park. The houses were well furnished with all that we needed. We really enjoyed the flexibility of being together on the porch, in the larger living room, at the outdoor table. The only challenge was the parking. We had three cars. The smaller SUV fit fine. The other two were bigger vans which barely fit the assigned spaces.

Great for Kids & Seniors

We had seniors and grandchildren in our group, so we chose this unit for the extra space with 2 units & having the 1st level patios. It was perfect! Easy to go to and from the beach and no stairs to deal with. The units themselves were nicely appointed and had everything we needed, although only 1 of the units had a washer/dryer. But it was a bonus to have lots of parking and a responsive host!

Family Vacation

Having the 2 separate units and a shared back patio space was ideal for a combined family vacation. The location of this property is amazing and is just a couple of minutes walk to the Beach. The kids loved walking the Boardwalk to the Belmont Amusement Park which was close by. All the beds were very comfortable and the unit was stocked with basics. One thing that would have been nice to have is a broom in the units. With being so close to the beach there was a lot of sand around the deck and patio area but the location was awesome!

Location is Perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay! This property is awesome for groups! We had extended family together and it allowed us all to be together and still have our own space. We appreciated that there were beach chairs, towels, and toys to take to the water. The abundance of seating outside on the patio was great too! Let's not forget that the beds are comfy...a major plus! Everything is so close! A short walk one direction you are to the ocean (I feel like it looks further in the pictures for some reason). A short walk the other you reach the bay! If you decide to walk street side Lazy Eye Coffee is right there and they have incredible coffee! You can also walk to Belmont Park in less than 10 minutes! The only thing we could've asked for would be larger pots/pans/baking sheets to accommodate larger groups, but we were able to do just fine without them. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Everything was great. Both places were comfortable and clean. We purchased a broom so we could sweep the outside and indoors as we did not find one in either one. We like to keep things clean during and when we leave. Thank you for allowing us to rent it and we will definitely be back.
