In the immediate vicinity of the most popular tourist resort of Martinique and the most beautiful beaches of the island, this villa, renovated in 2019, will seduce you with its singular architecture and its vast outdoor spaces. Its swimming pool with sea view will offer you exceptional moments in a unique setting and a Caribbean atmosphere.

The beautiful beach of Anse Mitan is only 800m away, as well as the first shops and restaurants. From the marina at 1.3Km, you will find boat excursions to discover the South Caribbean, diving clubs...

From the pontoon of the beach of Anse Mitan, maritime shuttles ensure connections with Fort de France by crossing the bay (20 min crossing).

The golf of Espérance is 2500 meters away.

This 340m² (+terraces) red wood architectural villa is composed of 4 parts, all communicating with the covered terrace:

- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed (160x190), the other with full size bed (140X190), a television, private bathrooms with separate sanitary facilities, space for a baby crib

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a full size bed (140x190) on the ground floor with a private bathroom

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200) on the ground floor with a private bathroom, and a terrace with a view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France



A large 100m² living room (not air-conditioned) with sofas and armchairs, a sofa bed (2 persons), and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (can be moved together) and a sofa bed (adapted for 2 children)

In a clever mix of styles, you will find an harmonious Caribbean atmosphere, as if suspended between sky and sea. The decoration and the furniture, made of solid wood, create a friendly and relaxing atmosphere with the bay of Fort de France in the background.

From the parking lot, 2 garages are accessible and an interior staircase leads to the kitchen.
