Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 120 m² house in Quimperlé for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers (limited to 4 adults). It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 3 ha garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: master suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room
- separate WC
- garage with washing machine and tumble dryer
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: triple bunk bed and single bed
- Bedroom 4: triple bunk bed and single bed
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 3-hectare garden + 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Quimperlé, in a very pleasant setting, with the living rooms opening onto the garden facing due south. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Activities :
- Riding centre 10 minutes' drive away.
- Canoeing centre 10 minutes' drive away.
- A large national forest 3 minutes away by car, also accessible by bike if you bring your own.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (three vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Quimperlé railway station is about 8 minutes away by car, Lorient railway station is about 22 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport, about 1h20 by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
