The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Manatee Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. Enjoy a quick bite in the morning while planning your day sitting in the nook. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a Roman-style walk-in shower & His & Hers vanities. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed while the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your private lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing & grilling with new friends before heading off to the squares to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.
This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply.
Rates shown do not include taxes and additional fees.
Credit card processing fees will be assessed.
