This apartment located on the 1st floor is through and very bright. The large bay window spans the entire width of the living room. It gives access to a beautiful terrace with an exceptional sea view. A large electric awning can be used to shade it if necessary. Aperitifs and meals to the rhythm of the Mediterranean climate are yours.

The living room, with a large surface area, is composed of a lounge and dining area, an open fitted kitchen with its bar.

The sleeping area is separated from the living area. It is composed of a large shower room.

The first bedroom offers a double bed of 160x200 and a large storage wardrobe.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 80 x 200 which can be grouped on request into a double bed and a large wardrobe.

The bedding is of high quality and recent.

A technical room offers a separate toilet and a laundry area with a large storage cupboard. It's very practical on a daily basis.



A baby chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request.

The apartment cannot be rented for parties or events.

The apartment is on the first floor with secure elevator.

The car park is at -2 directly accessible by the elevator.

Check-in times: 4 p.m. -7 p.m., check-out time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.





The Neighborhood

The apartment is located by the sea. You will have easy access to the beaches where there are many restaurants and shops.

The old town is about a ten-minute walk away. Let yourself be carried away quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of houses whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain near which you can stop for a drink.

You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You will be able to easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its jagged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Mugel Park and Calanque, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also get back in your car and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, go hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...



Transport

You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. Bus, parking, departure of shuttles to the green island or the Calanques.

The SNCF train station is 3.7 km away and can be reached directly from the bus station.
