The configuration of the accommodation, its large living room, its exterior and its incredible services, will allow each traveler to live his stay at his own pace.

A true haven of peace, our house will charm you with its atypism but also with its modernity and all its amenities.

Former industrial building, superbly transformed into a modern loft of more than 200 m². The industrial spirit of this building has been preserved and enhanced by the conservation of the metal frameworks and exposed stone walls.

The entrance is through the outdoor courtyard whose entrance opens onto the 1st floor.

On the first floor you will have:

- A garage, an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and access to an unconverted cellar;

- A large living space of 90m2 comprising: the living room (comfortable corner sofa + 2-person daybed with real box spring and two glued mattresses of 80x200 cm allowing you to have a double bed of 160x200 cm), the dining room (cathedral ceiling) and the open kitchen (the heart of this property);

Please note, however, that the people who will sleep in the living room may be disturbed by daylight, so I invite you to bring a mask if you want to sleep longer.

- A room set up as a gym;

- Toilets.

Upstairs, you will enjoy a very comfortable sleeping area including:

- Two bedrooms of about 15m², each with their own bathroom (Italian shower and a sink)
In one of the bedrooms, a double bed of 140x190 cm, desk and storage space.

In the second, a bunk bed composed of a double bed of 140 x 190 cm (200kg maximum), a single bunk bed of 90x190 cm and a drawer bed also of 90x190 (with real bed base and retractable legs), desk and storage space.

- A master suite of about 28m² with a double bed 140x190 cm, dressing room and bathroom (double sink, freestanding bathtub and Italian shower)

Separate toilet

Please note that an additional mattress of 120x190cm can be made available if you wish.

Finally, you will enjoy an exterior of about 70 m² fitted out with:
- A summer kitchen equipped (fridge / ceramic hob / electric plancha) and its terrace equipped with an outdoor table that can accommodate up to 12 guests;

- An outdoor swimming pool of 6.5x3 meters;

- A terrace on the upper level (solarium type) of about 19m² overlooks the pool and offers a panoramic view of nature and the rooftops of the hamlet... and, at night, an unobstructed view of the starry skies.
