Sweeping snow-capped Continental Divide views from Mount Evans to Indian Peaks to Longs Peak from this home nestled on 7+ acres on Scar Top Mountain. Located at the top of a county maintained road, this property offers a truly rare combination of spectacular views, privacy, ultra fast fiber high speed Internet, and limited/no noise pollution while maintaining proximity to Boulder, Golden, and Nederland.

Guest access:

Guests will be provided a keycode for entrance and will be able to access the entire house, property, and two car garage.

Other things to note:

Property is located off a well maintained county road that is accessible by all vehicle types. In winter (roughly Oct-April), this road is plowed, but AWD or 4WD is required.

Property has high quality fiber Internet for WiFi calling with any cell phone. Traditional cell coverage can be limited, but AT&T does also have 5 bars of service.

Amazing property and views. Communication with Philip was easy and he was extremely helpful throughout our stay. When a surprise snowstorm came through the morning of our departure, he drove up to make sure we could get out safely. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised with the great mountain views! The host was very helpful when the temperatures dropped into single digits during our stay. Our second night we got an inch of snow making our return to the house tense. I would highly suggest you have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle when there is a chance it might be snowy. Our front wheel drive (my gamble) made it up the roadway and driveway, but it was sketchy.We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the house is really tremendous! We spent Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was very well equipped and well stocked with cookware Given the amount of glass and where it's located, the house was very warm and draft free. The house was clean and he beds very comfortable. The only negative for us was that the furniture is a little sparse, but it s exactly as pictured on the listing. So that was as I expected. All in all a great stay.

Scar Top Mountain Escape is amazing!!!! Beautiful views and great house!! Super clean and exceptional communication with Phil. Plenty of room to relax, very nice well appointed kitchen, and a cozy wood burning fireplace insert. We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from University of Denver with her MSW.We definitely would return!!

My kids and I had a few days to explore and this was a great spot for us. The Internet and amenities kept them busy during our downtime and the view is amazing. Its larger than I expected and is very clean. In-garage parking excellent bonus..

Wonderful family stay

We loved everything about this house and what made it a plus was the host who was attentive to every little detail and in constant communication with us if we had a question. The view was amazing and the property itself was clean & a great home away from home for some family quality time. We definitely cherished our time here, hopefully will book again soon in the future!

Great communication with host, easy check-in. Beautiful views, great property. Small items not available so need to bring things like soap, shampoo, extra paper towels, etc. Would certainly stay again, family loved the deck and foosball.

Awesome views!

We had a wonderful week visiting our son. Property was clean, beds comfortable, and views from every room were breathtaking! We were fortunate enough to see about 6 inches of snow one night which was a bonus, even though we were not able to make it quite up the shared driveway even in a AWD but it all worked out well and didn’t hinder anyone or any plans we had. Phil is a wonderful host!

Fantastic View

The process was easy from booking the property to checking out. Phil, the owner, was so easy to work with. The property was just what we were looking for. Waking up to that view will be a memory we will carry with us. We look forward to our next visit to the Colorado Rockies.
