The house is located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park between the Chaîne des Puys, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Massif du Sancy. This location offers you the opportunity to discover most of the tourist sites. On your way, you cross the road of lakes and cheeses. The accommodation
In duplex, the accommodation offers a beautiful breathtaking view of the volcanoes of Auvergne
On the first floor, You have a living room with a television, as well as a wood stove. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto pods, toaster, juicer, raclette and fondue set, popcorn machine).
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140X190 cm bed with wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower, a sink and separate toilet.
On the second floor, a mezzanine bedroom with attic with two 90 X 200 cm beds (possibility of bringing the two beds together to make a 180 cm bed) with a beautiful view of the Chaîne des Puys.
A basement is available, you will find a washing machine as well as a workshop and storage area for your bicycles or other personal belongings.
An outdoor area of 200 m², a functional terrace of 40 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
A garage open to the street and a parking space are at your disposal.

Additional information
Possibility to provide a baby kit at an additional cost (travel cot, high chair, bath, baby cutlery). Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation. To keep the accommodation quiet and clean, animals and parties are prohibited. A deposit of €500 will be required
