Upstairs, mezzanine with reading area, a dormitory with 4 single beds and dressing room, a bathroom (straightener + hairdryer), and a toilet. You have an independent games room including a table football, a television with play-station, an electronic dartboard, board games.
Terrace with swimming pool (6 m * 3 m heated to 25 degrees), an inflatable spa for 4/6 people, a table, a fold-out awning covering part of the terrace, deckchairs, 4 deck chairs, a traditional barbecue, a plancha, a brazier, with a nice view from the top of the village. Large garden with petanque court, a badminton game. Also available is a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table.
Towels and bed linen provided. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house inside.
The house is air-conditioned.
Rental for 8 people, (possibility of 2 additional people with sofa bed in the living room).
Chaignay is a charming country village located 15 minutes by car from Dijon, a pleasant and touristic city where you can taste the specialties of the region, have a drink at the top of the Philippe le Coupon tower, admire the palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, where you swim at Dijon beach (lake kir), go shopping at the Toison d'Or shopping center...
15 minutes away, for golf lovers, golf jacques lafitte in Norges-la-ville.
35 minutes away, you can take the wine route that will take you to Beaune where you can visit the Hôtel-Dieu (Hospices de Beaune) and admire the glazed roofs. Alesia, the caves of Bèze.... so much to discover.
A deposit of 1000 euros will be required on arrival. (check not cashed). The swimming pool and spa will be closed from October 07, 2024 and will be back in operation in mid-May.
