The accommodation comprises
- A beautiful, cosy living room with a sofa, coffee table, video projector (which doubles as a TV) and high ceilings.
- An open-plan kitchen, with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with bean grinder and plenty of cooking utensils. A large dining room table for your meals.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed 160x200 and storage space
- Bedroom 2: a 140x190 double bed and storage space
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience. Quality sheets, towels, tea towels and coffee beans are provided. Your bed will be made on arrival. Wifi is accessible and free!

The area :
Place de la Victoire is Bordeaux's student district, home to the Faculty of Medicine. With its many bars, the square is often a venue for shows, concerts and other events, attracting young and old alike.
In 2005, following a project to develop the square, two works by Czech sculptor Ivan Theimer were installed: an obelisk and two giant cast-iron tortoises, works dedicated to the glory of vines and wine.
If you like the lively atmosphere of the markets, you won't want to miss a trip to the Marché des Capucins, Bordeaux's largest covered market, just a 5-minute walk from the house. Here you can do your shopping or enjoy a platter of oysters from the Bay of Arcachon, a plate of Spanish tapas, charcuterie or cheese, accompanied by a Bordeaux or Entre-deux-mers wine. And all around the market, a large number of restaurants will welcome you to discover local flavours or take you on a trip around the world.
