## Space This 47 m² ground-floor apartment is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It stands out for the peaceful atmosphere of its large 14 m² shaded wooden terrace, as well as its private garden with synthetic grass, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends.
The living area is welcoming and functional, featuring a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) providing additional sleeping space, a pleasant dining area, as well as air conditioning and Wi-Fi for optimal comfort throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridge-freezers, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area includes one spacious bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and two single bunk beds, suitable for both adults and children. 👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The bathroom is well equipped and features a shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.

This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias. By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport is the best way to get to Vias by plane. This airfield is 5 kilometers from Vias town center. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
