Villa located in Conilhac-Corbières, very popular for its Jazz festival. Located 5 minutes from the A61 motorway exit N° 25 of Lézignan-Corbières.

"LA SOPHORA" AND ITS INCREDIBLE OUTDOOR FACILITIES:

Once through the gate, you can park your vehicles under a shaded arbour.
Outdoor games for children (swing set, trampoline) and bowling alley for the older ones...

On the south side, the shaded pergola for your outdoor meals and kitchen area equipped with a plancha, a barbecue, a refrigerator, a sink and its décor nod to the beautiful city of Carcassonne (classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site) that you will enjoy visiting because it is located 30kms away.

Under a shade sail is a ping pong table.

The Fully Secure Pool Area:
Unique in private rental: "The Double Twist", a real water park slide 21ml of sliding for a vertiginous dive in the 24° heated pool (from May 1st to September 30th). You can then relax or sunbathe on the comfortable deckchairs at your disposal. Children will try the "Pool Climbing" climbing wall to jump into the swimming pool !!
A solar shower completes these facilities.

The SPA area:
Located opposite the pool, this area will welcome you for moments of relaxation and incredible well-being.
The independent 4-seater sauna has its own shower and toilet. The 5-seater jacuzzi invites you for a moment of total relaxation.

As soon as you cross the entrance porch, the hall welcomes you and invites you to the very bright living room with its leather sofa, its bookcase and its TV corner. Next, the dining room with high ceilings and its breathtaking chandelier to liven up your meals.

The new, trendy and very functional kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, microwave) and all the crockery you will need. A central island with a beautiful worktop includes induction hob, designer hood and breakfast area (coffee maker, kettle, senseo, toaster). An adjoining pantry offers storage and laundry area (washing machine, dryer, freezer and refrigerator).

UNIQUE for private rental, a 12-seater cinema area. Watch your films on an XXL screen from your PC or BLUE RAY player, BLUE TOOTH connection, installed on a stage, in real hyper comfortable cinema seats.

To the left of the entrance hall, a hallway leads you to the sleeping area comprising 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding and neat decoration, 2 of which have 160 cm bedding (composed of 2 80 cm bedding), 1 of which has a cot. The 3rd has 2 beds in 90 and a dressing room.

A pretty bathroom with Italian hydrojet shower, corner bath, double sink unit with waterfall taps completes these bedrooms as well as a separate suspended toilet.

Continuing on you access the majestic master suite, great comfort. A 180 bedding composed of 2 90 bedding will welcome you under an incredible draped ceiling and its central rosette, offering your nights an invitation to great daydreams... A superb private bathroom with corner bath, Italian shower, double sink unit and suspended toilet.
A large dressing room and a travel cot complete this suite. A private terrace offering a magnificent view of the Corbières and the pool area of the villa awaits you to enjoy in the shade of the majestic sophora of the garden.

Via the staircase near the front door, you access the 1st floor where children can have fun in the games room specially dedicated to them.They will find games and reading to spend magical moments away from the grown-ups...

In continuity with the games room, a pretty bedroom with a romantic spirit, 140 cm bedding, offering the most beautiful view of the villa on the Corbières plain and the pretty village bell tower.
