Check in was painless. Property was exactly like described and it was very clean. We had the perfect amount of room for our family of 6 and our one year old.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few items left behind from prior guest. The house was exactly as pictured. Easy check in and easy check out.

Renter Beware

Great location and house layout but the photos are deceiving. Lots of differed maintenance. Ceilings, walls & cabinets peeling and dirty. A deep cleaning is necessary. Mattresses on the first floor are deplorable and we were told to just use the other 2 bedrooms. Linens and towels old and stained. Management was notified of all issues and repaired only what the owner authorized. Very Disappointed since we rented this 4 bedroom house for the month.

Perfect for our family

We loved this house. Plenty of seating. I lived on the back porch. That was my favorite place. We rented a golf cart bc of my elderly parents to take back and forth to beach. We will rent one the next time just to ride around. House could use a little love. Paint and new appliances would take it to another level but it was perfect for us. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful house and location

Lovely house friendly neighborhood perfect location and the owners were very nice and hospitable a storm came in and they came by to check on everyone and thing. Would definitely come back thank you.

Great beach house

House was very spacious, beautiful views, we loved the back porch in the evenings. Location was great, pet friendly, and we took our dog, Wolfie, out to the point on the beach every evening to play with the other dogs. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Not worth the money

My family and I were super excited to be vacationing in cherry Grove again! As soon as we got there my husband found glass all around the car port area of the house. And not just a few pieces like the people before us were smashing beer bottles and just leaving the glass behind. Contacted owner about the glass had to text him pictures and all he said was thanks for letting me know. Didn't send anyone over to clean it up. Mind you we had 4 kids with us. There was trash all around the outside. Grass hadn't been mowed (permanent neighbors had someone come mow the grass while we were there because it was an eye sore). The bare minimum was done by the management company to ensure the place was cleaned properly and properly maintained for safety. Inside the house by the air vents was caked in black stuff not sure if it was mold or just really really dirty. Stairs and other things werent properly fixed when they broke. Someone had made coffee and left the old coffee and filter in the maker and it was moldy and gross. I developed a cough and became very congested while I stayed there. We are very unsatisfied with this experience and will never rent from beach life vacation rentals again.

Perfect Getaway

The spacious house and location were perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the canal and the rooftop deck. Plenty of space for a crowd to spread out. Sleeps 10 comfortably. We would rent this property again.

On arrival the house was not throughly clean. Found utensils stained with chocolate moose,

Very convenient for family vacation though bathrooms are not enough for big family gathering. The coffee maker and the toaster is not functioning. Based on my last vacation home experience, this one is a bit disappointing. But we managed to have fun.
