Beautiful, charming, and quiet, our spacious private multi-level mountain home is tucked in the picturesque aspens of Granby Ranch. With breath-taking views from every room, this home is light, inviting and comfortable for families or groups.
The main floor has an open floor plan allowing for natural light to shine through from any room. You’ll find vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors with radiant heat, main floor master suite that opens to a covered deck, a spacious family room with a gas fireplace, big screen 65” TV plus DVD player, a dining table plus island seating. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen comes with everything you'll need for creating meals to remember while on the trip of a lifetime.

• Loft – Features a couch and an office area with a desk. Great space for the kids to play or sit back and enjoy a good book.

Winter, Summer, Spring or Fall, this area has it all. Chill while watching movies on the main floor flat screen TV, play one of the many available games or sit on the upstairs loft and take in the panoramic mountain views while relaxing . Great space for the kids to play. Or if you are looking for adventure, this area offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting and golf during the summer months, plus skiing, snowmobiling, snow biking, and snowshoeing in winter, as well as year-round dining.

Where do I go for all these fun activities?

Travel into the town of Granby, only 4 miles away, for shopping, dining, and all-ages entertainment. Right around the corner is local Granby Ranch, which brings laid-back vibes of a Midwestern resort to the Rocky Mountains (www.granbyranch.com.) Drive a short 30 minutes to the ever-popular Winter Park Resort for endless year-round adventures and an unparalleled and unfiltered Colorado experience (www.winterparkresort.com.) Beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park has access points within 15 miles of this rental and offers over 300 miles of hiking trails, wildflowers, wildlife, starry nights, and fun times. Boating or water sports are available at Lake Granby, Grand Lake and Columbine Lake.
