Fully renovated house on a quiet cul de sac and 1/3 acre lot. Very spacious, high ceilings, large screened patios, fenced in backyard, large living entertainment area, TV in every room, internet, 5 mins walk from a beautiful lake, dog park, and a community pool facility. The exit of the recently developed beautiful little sugar creek greenway along the river is by the dog park and 5 mins from the house.

Mere minutes from highway 77, 485 and 51, light rails to uptown. Very close to CLT airport, Uptown, Carmel Country club and Quail Hollow Country club, SouthPark and Carolina Place Mall. Lots of good restaurants nearby!
The space
Very spacious and comfortable, in one of the most charming hidden areas of the city. Perfect for vacations, visiting friends and family, or business folks in need of a quiet, clean and convenient home away from home.
Guest access
4 Car driveway available as well as street side parking
Garage is not part of the Airbnb. Guests cannot access to the garage.
Other things to note
1. Camera(s) at the exterior of the house. Guests are not in camera view once inside the house and fenced yard.
2. No barbecuing in the screened in, covered area of the patio.
3. The downstairs couch does fold out into a bed. Bedding will be made available upon request!
4. Guests who book the place with infant and senior adults should be noticed that there are three short stair connect the main floor to the bedrooms and entertainment area, which is not suitable to your group. it is the guest's fully responsibility and liability for any accident.

We really enjoyed our (7 adults, 1 grandson, 2 dogs) stay. Good location. Nice easy walks around lake and easy 4 mile round trip hike to SC and back. The host was very good and accommodating to us, plus found our lost grandson's favorite item after we had vacated. Kitchen with all the things needed (cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, etc.), including some coffee that was sorely needed before shopping.

Had a great time with a family of 10 adults on this trip. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. We had one issue while there and the host resolved it promptly. When out of state that’s a HUGE thing when traveling!

What a great trip!

I can honestly say that this was an overall wonderful experience. We had a great trip and the property was simply lovely. The house was clean, comfortable, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed and some extras that were not even expected. The layout of the house was really cool and the kids (teenage boys) loved it because they had their own place to hang out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The location was convenient for everything we needed, with easy access to Charlotte, Carowinds, and Fort Mill, SC.Check in/check out was super easy, and communication with Julie was great throughout the entire rental process. We plan on coming down to the area next year, and I will be sure to reach out to book this home again.Simply put, if you are looking to stay in the Charlotte area, I would highly recommend this home and Julie as a host.

Very kind host and a awesome home to stay in

We felt very good taken care of, got fast responses on any messages we sent. The place itself is very quiet and close to nature. We saw squirrels in the garden, the birds singing and small lizards. Our stay was very relaxing and we felt at home right away. Thanks for the great experience Julie

Wonderful Stay

Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. The house was clean and very pretty. The screened porch was fantastic. The beds were firm and very comfortable (unlike the horrible memory foam so many Vrbo houses have). My group found the unusual layout with it's many short stairways fun, but this is not a house for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, my group had a wonderful stay and would happily stay there again.

Family visit

Great stay!

The property is very nice. My nephew, who is tall, enjoyed his tucked away room in the lower level & the enclosed patio. It was nice to have lotions, soaps, sprays, shampoo's, etc there for your use included. Julie was readily available when i messaged her always. Thank you Julie!

The house was good for our extended family. The kids enjoyed being close to Lake Park. Being able to use the community pool was great. Front curved step to end front door seemed weak and may need to be replaced. Thanks Julie for being a great host.

Great Property and Host!

Julie's house was perfect for our family gathering over the holidays! Everything was just as pictured and Julie was friendly and responsive, going out of her way to help us have an amazing stay. We especially like the screened in porch, fenced in backyard, and two living spaces. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels. The location is fantastic--just a short walk to a lake and park. This is our second year at the property and we'll definitely use it again in the future!

Great stay!

The house is close to the lake and the greenway which my family loved! The house is well-furnished and the rooms are large. I would definitely rent it again the next time I have family visiting.

Family visit

We were visiting family in the area. The house was great with plenty of room for everyone. It was nice having coffee on the screened in porch. The location was perfect. Everything was clean and ready on our arrival. This was a great place to stay.

5 star review! VERY CLEAN!

All the comforts of home and more! When we first got there we knew the home was sanitized, it was so clean! Full kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, pots, and pans along with coffee, water and spices and other necessities were also provided. The charcoal grill came in really handy as we spent quite a bit of time on the lovely large screened in porch. The grill was located on the outside deck along with table and chairs if you choose to eat outside. The master bath was located in a separate part of the house which made it nice for privacy. There were 6 of us, so the separate living room and the family room worked out great! 3 blocks down the street was a beautiful park with an extremely large play area for children and a the biggest dog park I can remember! We spent time walking on the paved path and sitting on the bench swings watching all the turtles and ducks swimming in the pond. The communication response was wonderful! Would definitly rent here again. Thank you Julie!!

Guys getaway

4 high school buddies and myself stayed here for golfing and to attend a college softball tournament and were not disappointed. House has plenty of space to move about. Large comfortable bedrooms each equipped with a flat screen tv. A nice enclosed patio to enjoy a cup of coffee. Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with a lake and park within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and retail shops in the area. Our host, Julie was amazing, texting me periodically making sure everything was good and if there were any issues. She also granted us a later checkout due to the fact that our flight was later in the day. Overall, a great stay.

Perfect for what we needed

The place is located in a quiet, convienient and safe feeling neighborhood. We were there dead of winter so we didn't use the outdoor space much but it seemed very comfortable if it was a little warmer outside. My son was there for baseball training and we just needed a place where I could work remotely and we could get our rest, eat and do our laundy. Downtown Pineville is very close by and we never had to travel far to find stores or restaurants. Julie was a gracious host that checked in to make sure we had what we needed. No hassles or complaints. We would rent again if we find outselves in Pineville again!

Great space for families visiting Charlotte!

Lots of space for families to spread out - especially liked the downstairs master suite tucked away in the rear of the property! Great location, set just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved the greenway park nearby, and the walking trails were great. Excellent communication with the host, easy check-in and out. Would highly recommend - and plan on staying here we visit again!

Perfect place if staying in Charlotte

House was everything we could have asked for. Everything was provided and we didn’t have to bring anything with us. House is in a quiet little neighborhood and you are a 10-20 minute drive from everything in Charlotte. Carowind’s amusement park is a 10 minute drive and there’s an endless list of places to eat within 5-15 minutes from the house. There’s plenty of room in the house and TV’s in every room. Screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee. Check in was easy as was check out. No issues. No complaints. If you stay, you won’t be disappointed.
