Newly remodeled, clean modern yet cozy cottage on the north end of Lake Lanier. Everything is brand new - appliances, HVAC, electrical, etc. Bedroom with comfy queen bed. Second bedroom with bunk bed. Large tile shower w/ multi-jet shower head. Gas fireplace inside, firepit outside. Large yard for playing horseshoes or bocce ball (provided). BBQ Grill with everything needed. Lake is short walk away across wooded 10 acre lot and public boat launch is less than 3 miles away. Less than 30 minutes from Helen, Dahlonega, North Georgia wineries and hiking trails.

It was very welcoming and cozy. They even had it all decorated for Christmas, decorated tree and all. The small cabin was well appointed, even the tiny bathroom was well thought out. Check out requirements were super simple.

Terrific lil cabin. So cozy! We enjoyed ourselves. The place was so clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the water was nice and hot and had great pressure.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place Cozy Cottage. The special touches that Paul and his wife provided were very appreciated. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. Although not mentioned in the listing, there is a full-size washer and dryer. One of the best values on Lake Lanier. A great cozy getaway!! Also wonderful because we were able to see some deer. Paul was communicative and very helpful. A wonderful host! We highly recommend this property.

Great cabin. Lousy fishing trail

We loved the cabin. Thank god because i couldn't walk down the trail to get to the dock. My wife could so she fished and I stayed at the cabin. We didn't get to spend that important time together. That was the whole purpose of this getaway. Live and learn I should have asked more questions and explained physical limits

Fishing Fun

This is the third time I have stayed here while on a fishing trip with a bass boat. It is a really great place to stay. Always clean and very nice!

Cute and Comfortable

We had the best weekend at this property! This is a convenient, quiet location. Everything we needed was provided and the big yard was safe for our dog. We even saw several deer at dusk!

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was great, and as expected. It was clean, cozy, and full of the little things that made it feel more homie. The fireplace was an added bonus, especially getting into the winter months in Atlanta. I would definitely recommend! Thanks again Paul, your place is awesome!

The property was perfect for us! The weather was chilly but the fireplace made it cozy for us! The host even put together a basket for s'mores. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. The area was quiet, so getting a good night sleep after all our events was welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded our expectations

The lake cottage was adorable. It was clean and updated. My favorite feature was the sliding shower door! It had everything we needed. The lake was just a short walk through the woods. We saw deer every day we were there. Nice quiet neighborhood, too.

Nice cabin

All appliances are new, the cabin is in good condition and is clean, It's a quiet neighborhood. There's a nice yard with room to walk a dog.

Sweet and spotless cottage

This darling little house is perfect for a single, couple, or small family. Looking somewhat rustic from the outside, indoors is all modern convenience. The host included lovely touches like snacks near the tv and wine and chocolates in the bedroom. He maintained good communication and answered questions quickly. The only drawback to the layout of the house is that you have to walk across the living room to get from the bedrooms to the bathroom. This didn't bother me since I was by myself. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of vacation getaway!

Superb place to stay - Highly Recommend

Very pleased with my four night stay here. Up-to-date kitchen with all the amenities, nice bedrooms, a gas fireplace which kept the place quite warm, more than adequate bathroom, nice property and a firepit outside. Excellent location, near what you need but also very quiet. Host provided excellent touches above and beyond. The next time I visit Gainesville, this will be the first place I check.

Another great stay at the bear cabin

This location is very convenient to a lot of things but situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is very clean and well maintained. I have stayed here twice with no issues. A very pleasant experience.
