This home was designed from top to bottom to create a truly unique experience inside and out. 3 levels of living space, 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 180 degree views of Big Boulder lake and ski resort, this house is perfect to spend time with family and friends. Did we mention the rooftop hot tub?!

We have have been there for this past weekend we did get a call before we checked in that there was an issue with the previous guest that they have broken a door handle and we will be parcly refunded for it Beside that room did not have privacy because it was able to lock the entire handle was busted But the main master bedroom and the main room which is the kitchen and dinette the air conditioner broke down during the day and was extremely hot and would really appreciate if I can get some parcel refund for this stay

Weekend stay

Primary appeal to this house was its open floor plan, large common area, and many bed rooms. However, for the premium price tag house is in much need of some TLC. House was tidy, but not clean (old water bottles found by beds and in couch), kitchen appliances were dated and broken, kitchen plates and cooking items were ‘greasy’ and not clean, house was very drafty windows that would not close all the way, fridge water filter was undrinkable, heat needed to be turned up which made upstairs rooms uncomfortably hot, one shower was clogged with so much hair it was not draining, another needed to be cleaned before it could be used while a 3rd shower the shower head popped off. Has potential to be great place for large groups, but difficult to stomach for the premium price tag due to lack of cleanliness and generally warn down appearance.

Overall great property, as advertised.

Stayed in mid-November 2021 with a group of 15 adults. The property was as-advertised with no major surprises. Host was communicative throughout the check-in process. Overall we were satisfied with the experience and would consider renting this property again.

A group of 17, and still plenty of space the grown ups hung in the kitchen sooo spacious

All new Applicianes in the kitchen. Hot tub was a big hit all three days we got in. Beautiful lake View on rooftop it's so many places u can relax through this house huge and everything new. We loved it and had a cookout day 2 you won't regret staying here the best I been at in Pa so far. Also the manager Brad is terrific always respond back to any questions and concerns.

Beautiful home

A beautiful home with a magnificent view. Tastefully decorated and spacious. Since we were the first guests it wasn't quite ready yet but once the last few touches and repairs are finished it will be perfect. Would be thrilled to stay there again once it is completely ready.

Fabulous house in the Poconos

My family (group of 16 people aged 69-10 months) began looking for a house in the Poconos after needing to leave disastrous beach house in New Jersey with very short notice. There were not a lot of options in the area and we were so excited to find Brad’s house in the Poconos. This is a newly and beautifully renovated house with gorgeous lake views. It was extremely comfortable for our entire family with plenty of room to hang out inside and out. We really enjoyed the roof top deck with the gas fire pit and hot tub! We spent a lot of time at a nearby lake with the kids and there are also nice hiking trails nearby. Brad was a wonderful host, providing me with his cell phone number when there were some issues through the VRBO website and he was responsive to any questions and issues we had! We would definitely stay here again and this gorgeous house completely saved our vacation! I would definitely come back to this house in the winter or summer with a large group!
