Cocoonr is offering this charming 150 m² house for rent, which has been completely renovated by an architect. Nestled in lush greenery and bathed in light, this house is the ideal place to unwind with family or friends.
Ideally situated as a base for exploring the Basque Country, you’ll enjoy being right on the doorstep of picturesque villages such as Espelette, whilst being just 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the coast.

Designed to accommodate 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children), this house comprises a lovely 27m² living area, a lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy a garden of around 800m² and a Finnish sauna. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included, as is linen. We’re just waiting for you!

It is also possible to accommodate 2 additional guests (on request, see below).

- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an en-suite
bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden.

- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach is 20
minutes away), the countryside and the mountains. The villages of Ascain, Sare and Espelette are right
next door. Spain is about fifteen minutes’ drive away.

- Hikes and walks nearby with stunning views of the Pyrenees and the ocean
- Ideal location for cyclists: the ‘Route des Crêtes’ is right next door

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway stations: Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz stations, 20–25 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Biarritz Airport, about 30 minutes’ drive away, and San Sebastian Airport, 40 minutes away

Other points to note:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Two additional guests can be accommodated on the ground floor by converting the lounge area into a comfortable extra bedroom.
- The house is fitted with carbon monoxide detectors.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
