Nestled at the base of Whitefish Mountain Resort, on the shores of Whitefish Lake, this thoughtfully furnished mountain townhome is a must-stay for any Montana adventure seeker. It is in the sought-after Mountain Harbor lakeside development and access to Whitefish Lake is just a one-minute walk away. The location is as ideal as it gets as the housing development shares 400 ft of pristine lake frontage, it is five minutes to downtown Whitefish, and just ten minutes to the Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort. This exquisitely decorated townhome offers over 2,000 sf of livable space and features four spacious bedrooms and two and half bathrooms to accommodate up to ten guests.

The Space:

Entry into the townhome reveals a sizeable dining room table with room for your entire group to enjoy meals together. Just past the dining area, an open-concept fully stocked kitchen awaits. Descend down a half flight of stairs to reveal a spacious living area that features a wrap-around sofa as well as a cozy fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen guests will find a half bathroom as well as a laundry room with plenty of space to store ski or lake gear!

The second floor features all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The “kids” room includes two full size beds, there are even a few toys and games for the little ones. The next door down features a grand king bed with a top-of-the-line mattress and linens as well as a robust armoire to store your garments. The next bedroom includes a plush queen mattress, precise furnishings, and a cozy built in enclave with a bench area and storage drawers beneath. Step down the hall into the spacious master bedroom that includes a walk-in closet and a expansive master bathroom. The en suite bathroom offers a jetted jacuzzi tub and a custom stone shower to enjoy after a long day at the lake or on the ski slopes. Off the upstairs hallway there is also a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and plentiful storage in the vanity.


The Area:

Mountain Harbor is a classic Whitefish lakeside development that offers a plethora of amenities including tennis courts, an outdoor pool and hot tub area, 400 ft of pristine lake frontage with a beautifully manicured lawn and a magnificent outdoor fire pit just to name a few. There is private beach access for only residents and guests staying in Mountain Harbor, with boat slips availability on a first come first serve basis. All residents and guests residing in Mountain Harbor have access to the community pool & hot tub and tennis facilities. The pool and tennis court are only open seasonally (June-end of September). The hot tub is available mid-December to mid-April and Labor Day to beginning of October (closed mid- April- Memorial Day and October to mid-December.
