Unique 2/2 condo in the Aspen Core - walk downtown!

This unique and charming condo is located in Aspen's core. The core of Aspen is the epicenter of Aspen’s shopping, dining, nightlife, and the Ajax Gondola that carries skiers and snowboarders up Aspen Mountain. Only a couple blocks away from skiing, hiking or biking, this condo is great for visitors looking to be close to Aspen's many adventures.

The open floor plan condo is located on the first floor (down one flight of stairs), 3 blocks to the Gondola, and only a few blocks from City Market. Lots of amenities in the Condo, with cable television in the living room and app TVs in the two bedrooms. First bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate more guests.

The apartment had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to towels/sheets. Storage for skis/snowboard inside the apartment. Very easy access to the gondola at Ajax. Grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

I think there is a plumbing issue in the building. There was sewage coming up from the shower drains and the toilets would not flush. Everything was backing up.

Well stocked, fabulous decor and location

This was the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay at for our first weekend in Aspen. VRBO set our check in at 2 PM which seemed early but we arrived about that time as the staff was finishing up from the guests who stayed late before us. We didn’t have to wait but a minute or two and things were ready. The condo is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Our daughter loved having her own big bed, TV and bathroom after we had spent most of the week tent camping together. We loved the furniture and decor, a fun and friendly tongue in cheek homage to Aspen. The Send It neon sign, Harry and Lloyd print and Aspen Extreme poster put a smile on my face every night even if the town of Aspen didn’t. This condo was the perfect sanctuary. Parking is the only thing that isn’t ideal, but compared to what we saw in the rest of the town, it’s a good situation. We were able to street park within a few spots of the complex.

This cozy unit was accurately advertised and met our expectations. The communications and check in/out processes were expedient and effective. Location a huge plus to walk to town (market, dining, etc). Terrific experience overall.

Great space & quiet

We enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet and just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Aspen. Everything was still very walkable. I would love to stay here again!

Great location, a bit rough around the edges

First of all the lighting was not great - super bright lights in living room and bedrooms. Giant deer head in one bedroom was creepy for this vegan! Bathtub in one bathroom dripped constantly and there were no washcloths in either bathroom. Towels were clean but rough. But it was just fine for our short stay, decently priced, and only a ten minute walk from everything we wanted to go to

Fabulous Location!

This location is perfect for walking & exploring downtown Aspen! Restaurants, attractions, & the grocery store were only steps away. We only had to use our car to drive to hikes/trails -the ice caves and the Maroon Bells! The space has a clean, modern minimalist interior with a funky vibe. The king bed was very comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our grown sons with the 2nd bedroom and the sofa bed. The owner was so kind and very easy to get in touch with throughout our stay. We were not able to connect with the property manager when we arrived, but the 'check in' process was so easy that it didn't matter.

Perfect condo for our small group

Location was very convenient to the gondola, grocery store, and shops/restaurants in the core. Walked or took the downtowner everywhere. Condo was well maintained and comfortable, and we especially loved the artwork. Looking forward to our next visit!

Fun condo. Well described. Perfect for my adult daughter and myself in Aspen for her best friend’s wedding. We wanted 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms for getting ready. Convenient walking location to Caribou Club rehearsal dinner, Casa Tua welcome party, Church wedding and reception shuttle returns to W Hotel, Little Nell and The Gant. Easy walk to the Gondola, Aspen Art Museum , Cache Cache, Gorsuch, Nick Fouquet and really just everywhere ! Host is lovely to deal with. Thank you.
