Ideally located in a triangle Sarlat Collonges Roccamadour, the gîte des Fraux is ideal for getting away from it all, going hiking or discovering the many remarkable sites of the Lot de la Dordogne and Corrèze. There are 80 kms of castine paths in the town that you can travel on foot, by bike, on horseback or even by horse-drawn carriage on request. Everything has been designed to make young and old feel at home (swings, slide, enclosed garden). It is a single-storey house of 90m² composed of a living room of 40m² with its open kitchen of 11m², both opening onto a terrace of 32m. Two bedrooms and bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet.
For the horse part, we have 4 plots of one hectare each, enclosed and equipped with water tank and shelter for horses. Boxes of 14m² in a stone barn can accommodate your horse.
