1.5 Acre Dog Friendly 4 Bed/3Bath Ranch with Spectacular Mountain View’s

Stoneybrook Valley Ranch is 1.5 acres of paradise! Our property is fully fenced in and you're more than welcome to visit our four legged neighbors in the back. Luna, Harley, and Apache are big beautiful horses that love apples and carrots!
There is custom woodwork all throughout the house and a handcrafted custom made dining table. A separate game room that has a classic arcade video game with 60 games, a foosball table and a 65in smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large family and also a stocked keurig. USB chargers are provided in each room for your convenience and a washer and dryer with complimentary pods. There's also a large 26in Weber charcoal grill.
The Ranch sits in Wears Valley close to the entrance of Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are surrounded by wineries, distilleries, and every family activity you can imagine, all within 30 minutes of the Ranch.
The Ranch offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 King Master Suites with one of them being a huge 572 sq ft family suite that sleeps 5 and has a 65in TV. ! There's a Queen bedroom with a 50in TV, and a Twin bunkbed room with a 43in smart TV. The living room is a comfy family room with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a 65in TV. The house is serviced by Xfinity Wifi with speeds up to 500mb and up to 11 devices.
With total privacy on 1.5 Acres, sit on the porch rockers and drink your morning coffee looking at 4139ft Cove Mountain and listen to the running brook next to the property.
The ride in is serene with no steep roads filled with incredible views of mountains, rolling hills, farm life, and just all the natural beauty the Valley has to offer.

Had a wonderful week at this beautiful ranch in the Smoky Mountains. It was the perfect setting for quality time with our family—grandkids, parents, and pups all included! The ranch felt so homey and had everything we needed to make lasting memories. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly it was, and we were thrilled get to feed the horses. Generous hospitality from hosts. We absolutely loved our stay.

we had enjoyed vacation when i enter the place was cozy and fancy decorate outside was beautiful also we enjoyed hottub it was warmed up already we enjoyed with horses yard was huge so children played so enjoyed and as parents feel safe we saw beatiful mountain in front of house

Perfect for our family

We had a great time in the spacious yard, plenty of room for all the grandkids and dogs to run and play. Brian and Tracy were very responsive and did all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoyed nights by the fire, feeding the horses and a couple of nights in the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful week long getaway!

Family Vacation

My family including fur family enjoyed the house and yard on our annual family vacation. Brian and Tracy were wonderful hosts who were attentive to any need if it arose, of which there were none. The highlights included the large fenced-in yard for our dogs, visiting and feeding the neighborly horses, and the game room. We would definitely love to rent this home again.

What an amazing home!!!!!

I cannot brag enough on this wonderful "home". It was the prefect place for a Thanksgiving week with our kids and grands. Everyone said it was like coming home to a cozy wonderful spot and not just a vacation destination, Brian and Tracy were the best hosts! Always checking in to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. I cannot recommend this place enough! Everything was comfortable and decorated beautifully. Than you so much for a magical week!

Impressed From The Start

What a great first impression from the host as we arrived at the cabin. Great with communication and helpful to answer questions very promptly. Pictures from listing very nice, but what we saw in person was even better ! Nice property, enjoyed feeding horses, hot tub, nice to have games we could enjoy outside and the fire pit. We had 8 adults and 4 children, plenty of space for all ! Property kept very clean. I loved the Christmas decorations, wreaths and trees all throughout the house ! Owners tried to make sure we were well taken care of and checked periodically to make sure we didn't need anything. A great vacation spot and I would visit this property again !

Great Hideaway - Pet Friendly

If you are looking for a great, clean and spacious property, look no further! We stayed at the Stoneybrook Mountain Ranch for 5 nights with 7 people and two dogs. Brian was very proactive with communications prior to our arrival and checked in on us periodically. The property is completely fenced 1.5 acres, both our Labradors had plenty of room to run. Every room has a large screen TV, and the front porch is an amazing place to sit and relax. Pigeon Forge was 15 minute drive and Gatlinburg was about 25. The location is perfect for both the "thrill seeker" and those who want a quiet remote ranch to relax. Many hiking trails within 10-20 minute drive from the property. We will be staying here again!!

Amazing family home - dogs included

Brian and Tracy truly open their home to give all of your family a beautiful setting to begin and end your vacation days. Everything you need (except the groceries) is included! Games and books, plus a game room and hot tub. Dog crate, bowls and pet towels and a nifty poop station. Linens and bath towels are plentiful. Firewood and marshmallow sticks are provided. They truly make you feel at home. It’s a quiet and serene place to watch deer, bunnies and horses play. So much room to exercise your doggos and let your kids catch lightening bugs. The decor is American and rustic, perfect for the area. Have a question about the area, Brian will give you suggestions - and he is right! The food truck area is close and delicious. Try Bigfoot’s cheesesteak.

Family friendly

My family and I just recently got back from staying here with another family that we are very good friends with. There was a total of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids. We absolutely loved this place. We were looking for something that was close to the cities to explore but also near the National park. We also didn’t want a hotel because we wanted to give our kids a place to be able to run and play. This location gave us the ability to let the kids be loud and rambunctious without having to worry about disturbing others. This site gave us everything we wanted and more! Our host, Brian, was outstanding and very communicative. He did not mind nor hesitate to answer any questions or concerns we had. There was tons of space for the kids to run and play and we had a great view of some mountains in the background. We created some memories that will last a life time. Brian and his wife are very patriotic, and we appreciated that as me and my friend that stayed with us both served in the Marine Corps. There are some horses on the back side of the property that you can feed (with special instructions.). The inside of the house was well decorated and comfortable with lots of space. If you’re planning a getaway out this way I would highly consider this property.

Enjoyed our stay

Great place to get away and relax. The entire family enjoyed themselves. The pictures truly do not do the house justice. The owners are very responsive. Interesting enough they were watching us on their security camera and saw that we had two dogs. We were fine with it bc we had nothing to hide. The only issue was that the pet fee wasn’t disclosed as a requirement up front so we weren’t charged. We deliberately looked for a pet friendly house assuming pet fees would be included in the rental. However, it wasn’t so the owners charged $50 for both pets over the $75, which the owner said is per pet but was not specified in the rental agreement. In the future, this should be a required field or disclosure as people only look for pet-friendly rentals bc they have animals. Interestingly enough, none of this came up until there was damage to the house. Thankfully the accidental damage insurance was purchased so the damage was covered. All and all the rental was good.

Family get together

This property is everything it says it is and exactly as pictured. Part of our family lives in VA and we're in MI. We all love TN and thought it was a great central gathering spot for us and our two Border Collies and their young Cocker Spaniel who loved to chase each other around the huge property which was entertaining in itself watching them. The fire pit set up is FABULOUS. We enjoyed it every night, particularly the swings. We all were thinking we'd like to mimic the same in our own yard! Brian and Tracy thought of everything to make this the most family and dog friendly place I could have ever imagined away from home with all the amenities. Our teenage granddaughters loved the game room and my daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub. Beautifully decorated, clean and private. The location was perfect because it was away from all the tourists, but yet a short drive to all the activities. I already miss the huge porch every morning listening to all the birds (particularly one song sparrow which perched on one of the firepit posts throughout the week singing) and enjoying the mountain view which we were able to get a rainbow picture one evening in front of the mountain. Tracy and Brian were very responsive immediately any time we had a question. Great family retreat and the feeding the horses carrots was an added treat :)

WHAT AN EXTRAORDINARY, BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, SENSATIONAL RANCH LOCATION. TRACY AND BRIAN ARE MAGNIFICENT HOSTS. MY TRIPLETS, GRANDCHILDREN AND SPOUSES WERE BLOWN AWAY WITH THIS FANTASTIC RANCH, AND ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLY, CARING, INCREDIBLE HOSTS THAT MADE US FEEL LIKE FAMILY. GOD BLESS AND THE SPECIAL, REMARKABLE FAMILY MEMORIES WILL LAST MORE THAN A LIFETIME. MY 3 BEAUTIFUL GRANDCHILDREN DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE AND NOW UNDERSTAND WHY GRANDMA MA BEGAN TO CRY AS WE RODE DOWN THE HILL TO ENTER THE GATE. IT IS SO MAGICAL THAT THE PICTURE IS IMPRINTED IN MY MIND. GRANDMAMA CALLS THIS A GIFT TO HER BECAUSE HER SPECIAL , PRECIOUS BLESSINGS WERE ALL TOGETHER AND THE LOVELY, TRANQUILITY FEELS LIKE HEAVEN ON EARTH. GRANDMA MA LOVED FOR ALL OF US TO SIT AND RELAX SIPPING OUR SWEET TEA ON THE PORCH ROCKERS AND THE COOL SWINGS AT THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT. THE HORSES AT THE END OF THE PROPERTY, LUNA BLUE, APACHE, AND HARLEY WERE SO ADORABLE AND FRIENDLY, I LOVED WATCHING THE SUNRISE AND SUNSET ALONG WITH THE CUTE BUNNIES AND MANY DEER JUMPNG. THE DRIVEWAY FENCE. BRIAN AND TRACY DID A SPECTACULAR JOB DECORATING THE ENTIRE SPACIOUS HOME AND MY GRANDSONS SAID ITS LIKE HAVING GREAT GRANDPA SAL HERE WITH THE RED CARDINALS AND HIS RED PICK UP TRUCK. ALSO, THE AMENITIES THIS SUPER HOUSE HAS TO OFFER. EVERYONE WAS AMAZED HOW COMFY THE BEDS ARE AND THE ROOM FOR ALL 10 OF US INCLUDING OUR 10 LB FRIENDLY PRINCESS LEIA WHO HAD A BLAST TRYING TO CHASE THE BUNNY RABBITS AS THEY SCAMPERED ALL ABOUT THE YARD. BO, THE LANDSCAPER IS A KICK, HE IS SO SWEET AND REALLY A DILIGENT WORKER KEEPING THE RANCH NEAT. BRIAN CERTAINLY REACHED OUT DAILY TO ASSURE WE WERE HAPPY. HE IS ONLY A TEXT AWAY AND THAT MADE ME FEEL SAFE . WE TRULY FEEL BLESSED THAT THIS ENTIRE VISIT WAS IMPRESSIVE, EXTRAORDINARY, FASCINATING, REMARKABLE , MEMORABLE AND BLESSED BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE BRIAN AN TRACY. MAY THE LORD CONTINUE TO BLESS THEIR FAMILY . OUR FAMILY IS BLESSED TO BE HAPPY, HEALTHY AND GRATEFUL TO HAVE TRACY AND BRIAN BECOME PART OF OUR LIVES. Absolutely perfect

The property is perfect in every manner. Well equipped kitchen, great selection of games, comfortable beds, wonderfully decorated with details that make it homey and cute. The fenced in yard was perfect, plenty of firewood to use, an inviting and beautiful fireplace and outdoor fire pit, and having the neighboring horses come out to visit us a wonderful treat. I would rate this property with 10 stars because 5 underestimates it. We will definitely be return visitors!

Perfect for our family!

My husband and I, and three of our grown children and their families stayed at the ranch. It was a perfect location for our family mountain vacation. The kids and the dogs absolutely loved running in the spacious one and a half acre yard. Plenty of room for cornhole, frisbee games for adults. The house was well stocked, clean and met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed evenings by the fire and grilling on site. Wears Valley area is our favorite location for our Smoky Mountain national Park excursions, shopping and eating out. The Ranch was the perfect location to get away from the busy areas, relax and enjoy God‘s beautiful creation.
