Independent briard house of 150m2, ideal for family, friends or to compose a coworking space.
The accommodations are in the heart of an equestrian estate, where horses, foals, dogs and cats are kept.
The geographical location is ideal for a stay that allows you to visit Paris, Disneyland, the feline park, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy-les-tours, Crécy-la-Chapelle, Fontainebleau, or Provins.... It is also the ideal place if you simply want to spend a stay in the countryside away from Paris, while staying in Ile-de-France and close to the capital.

The property is located at the entrance to the village, between village and countryside, we are surrounded by fields and crossed by a small communal path. The environment is quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating.

7 minutes by car you have the SNCF station of Tournan-en-Brie (RER E and Line P) with which you can access Paris (Gare de l'est or Magenta) in 25/40 minutes
5 minutes by car you have the villages of Liverdy en brie, Presles en brie, Tournan, Gretz where you will find all the necessary shops.

5 minutes by car from Disneyland Paris National 4 (N4) and 20 minutes from the motorway 4 (A4)

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrivals and departures are not autonomous, someone from the team will come to meet you to accompany you. During your stay, if you encounter a problem, the team on site remains at your disposal to assist you.

The organization of parties, parties and other festive events is strictly forbidden in the accommodation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each booking, a security deposit of €1000 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint (amount not debited which does not impact the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This amount will be released after your departure, unless the amount of a "cleaning supplement" is deducted, any damage caused or in the event of a breach of the house rules.
You are responsible for damage caused by misuse of the villa. You will be responsible for paying for repairs or replacing damaged or lost items. They will be deducted from the security deposit and charged extra if the amount of the security deposit is insufficient or in full if the deposit was not requested at the beginning of the stay.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is provided as well as towels. On arrival, the beds will be made.

CLEANING PACKAGE:
The cleaning fee is 80 euros.

PARKING
Two parking spaces in front of the accommodation, another available in the stable parking lot.
ACCESSIBILITY
You will have access to the entire accommodation and its terrace. However, access to the stables is not allowed unless on request. It is possible to watch the riders working in the quarry, however silence is essential.
In addition, the stable is crossed by a communal path which allows you to walk in the fields, forest and village very easily.

The house is equipped with free fibre, wifi throughout the house with password indicated in the accommodation as well as a TV.
