Excellent Rental

We were pleased with everything about this house. It was clean, easy in and out, and unbelievably quiet. The shower in the back bathroom was awesome! We will stay here again the next time in Miami.

Brief Miami Experience - Great Stay

We stayed 3 days at Mona's place. It was perfect size & really cute for 3 adults. The restaurant, around the corner 4 minute walk, Pinch is deceiving in that it looks like nothing, but the chef is world class & the bartenders are inspired & the service is exceptional. Pinch was our best meal comopared to every other part of the city/neighborhoods. The house was clean, plenty of towels & toiletries. It was nice having extra security with the gate that locks too. Highly recommend.

Great Golf Getaway

The house was exactly as shown and described. Mouna was very attentive and helpful. We were very comfortable and secure the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is the cutest & had literally everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The host was amazing and I can't say enough about this place! You will not be disappointed with this home.

Beautiful house and backyard.

This house was exactly as described in the listing. Backyard was very nice with lots of places to grab some peace and quiet in the mornings. House was very clean. 25 minutes or so from a couple.of.really nice beaches and very close to shopping and downtown Miami. Very nice stay and Mona was.great about communicating.

Our winter away from NJ!

We enjoyed our two month stay at this charming home. Mona, our host, was helpful and sweet too. We had a 3 minute drive to our son’s family home, which made it very special to us. The hot tub was relaxing. We walked to restaurants and the antique and vintage shops close by. The Publix food store was a 5 minute drive. Thank you to Mona!

Amazing place.

This place was beyond amazing. Very nice modern home, really clean and had everything we needed as far as amenities, free wifi, tvs, 2 restrooms, rooms with privacy, and including a jacuzzi to enjoy at anytime. Was really well guarded with a nice gate and codes so it felt safe at all times. The area was very nice as well which as you had pretty much any store nearby that you needed. Mona was able to attend any needs we had without a problem with a simple text away. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this place!

Relaxing getaway from the grind

The ecosystem created on this property is flourishing and so beautiful, just make use of Off & bug spray to be comfortable as a visitor in their environment. The area seems a little rough but this home is very secure, we felt very safe there. Would return & recommend to anyone.

This place has everything you need

I would absolutely rent this place again, it's super clean, management is a sweetheart and very helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. This home has everything you need to get away and relax. We came to Miami to get married on New Years Eve and after the 12 hours of roaming Miami and the wedding, we couldn't wait to get back to the house and get in the Jacuzzi and lay in the comfortable beds. I will definitely recommend this home and management!!!

The house looks much better in the pictures. The beds are low to the floor and the space is small. The yard is not neat or inviting like the pictures appear. Most items are old and heavily worn. Mosquitoes were throughout the house and the washer and dryer require you to go outdoors. There were so many things in the house but no space.

Christmas in Miami

This weeks getaway was exactly what we needed for my Christmas family Miami trip! The house was perfect, a 25 min drive to the bus/boat tours!! We also enjoyed a day at the Sequarium! The yard(front and back ) was exactly like pictured!! The kitchen was well stocked with the appliances,dishes pot and pans even seasoning, that we never knew we needed! Including a French press!! Bathrooms were emasculate!! Moana ( host) communicated well. Thank you, Leia from Durham

Accurate accommodations but not clean

The location was nice and the home was stocked with everything needed to clean. The toilets, sheets and sinks were clean. However, NOTHING else was. I addressed all of this, in detail and in private, with the host. We asked for our cleaning fee to be waived because of the extensive cleaning we had to do. She refused and said only people with financial issues ask for refunds. That was offensive. The 3rd afternoon of our 4 day stay, she offered to come over and look at the home. We declined because it was too late. There were also cameras inside the home that were not listed in the description. She claims they were "disabled and not working". They should have been removed. I'll end with another positive; the backyard was more beautiful than the pictures. The place was just not clean and host was not willing to fix it, sadly. Thankfully I took videos and photos so things may be fixed my customer service.

Great place to stay

This was a real find. The home looks like it has been professionally decorated and is extremely well maintained and secure. Everything about it was wonderful. If you are looking for a place to stay while in the area, don't hesitate for a second. Just sorry we only had one night here berfore moving on.

Would use again - worked out great, especially with 5 beds

Mona was great - very responsive to text messages, and helping to review the house, plus gave ideas of local restaurants. Location was safe & perfect -- 15 minutes to everything (airport, South Beach, etc...). Specifically. ...... I had 5 guys in our party, and I wanted 5 separate beds, which is hard to fine!! Mona place was large and nicely appointed, plus had the 5 beds I was looking for. Backyard was awesome and relaxing as well. Highly would recommend.

All you can ask for!

I’m not a review type of guy… But this was a great house with all the amenities one can think of. A pool will definitely make it perfect but the ocean is not far lol
