2 bedroom 1 bath cozy guest cottage minutes from everything Duluth has to offer. One mile from UMD and popular neighborhood restaurants and 7 minutes from Canal Park. Walking/biking distance to great hiking & biking trails in the area.

Our cottage is nestled into a wooded dead end in the Hunters Park neighborhood on the East end of Duluth.

Needed a place to stay while we worked in town. This was the perfect spot, easy check in, quiet and had all of the cozy amenities as our own home. We really appreciated how clean everything was and the handy book of local places! Very close to everything and was an easy drive to several “hot” spots.

Peaceful stay

The location was very peaceful and provided all of the amenities needed for nice stay. I was dropping off a graduate student to U Minn Duluth which was close by, make the location convenient but still very nice. The owner was friendly and provide some nice recommendations for food and about the Duluth areas which was helpful since we were coming from Virgina. I would recommend this to other looking for a quiet place and I will be requesting a future stay when we come to visit our grad student.

Cozy cottage, young children friendly!

We had a great stay at the cottage! Hosts were very responsive and made things very kid friendly. They made sure to put outlet covers on prior to our stay and everything is on one level, so no real need for baby gates. The instructions to get to the location you receive after booking is very helpful, as the location is off the beaten path! Very close to any amenities and a short drive to Canal Park area. Highly recommend!

Perfect Guest House

We loved our stay at this immaculate home. It was perfect for our family along with our dog. We appreciated the beautiful decor and thoughtful touches throughout. There were dog bowls for food and water, dog treats, and even a treat for us. The location was convenient with a park-like atmosphere. Highly recommend!

A wonderful trip to visit family

We were in Duluth to visit our son, his wife and their 2 babies. We couldn't have asked for a nicer property to stay at. Brad and Brenda were so accommodating and the house and the location were perfect. The house was so clean, comfy and nicely decorated. On our next trip to Duluth, we hope to stay here again!

Awesome holiday for the family

I was very impressed with the property and the cozy home! I stayed with my family for 11 days and it was a perfect place to spend the holidays! The location is super convenient. The property owners were awesome to communicate with - even over the holidays! I would highly recommend!

Cozy cottage for a family thanksgiving.

Becky and Brad have a fantastic cabin. We were in Duluth visiting family for a very chilly thanksgiving….the house was perfect for our family of three and 70# lab, and also spacious enough to host the full family of 10. The cabin was very clean new appliances, comfortable beds and best of all, in floor heating in the bathroom. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Comfortable, quiet, peaceful + beautiful location!

We had a restful and relaxing weekend stay at Brad and Becky's place. They were gracious hosts, and responded quickly to needs/questions. It's a cozy, welcoming spot and the beds are comfortable, which we really appreciated! We loved the location with trees all around. We'll be back!

Close to UMD

Could be potentially difficult to find but the owners made it very simple - address to use, description of where to park, detailed written directions if that’s your preference. House was cute, clean, and exactly what we expected based on the listing. We had some scheduling changes. Owners were super helpful and easy to work with. As our daughter just started at UMD, we will definitely stay here again. Feels homey and we can bring our little dog.

Great trip to Duluth

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We fished Lake Superior and cooked our trout in a well stocked kitchen. We golfed in a tournament the rest of the time and it was a perfect place to wind down and sleep. We saw several deer on the deck. Really enjoyed our stay!

This house was in a great location, comfortable, and met our family’s needs. My kids loved the driveway pickleball and the VR headset. The host Brad was wonderful— great communication and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. Would definitely book here again!
