Bare minimum effort - very outdated if that bothers you. After staying at 2 others locally the same week this was disappointing. Would not stay here again. Location was nice.

GREAT PLACE to STAY

We really enjoyed our 5 days in Denver area ! This Condo is located in a perfect location for activities anywhere in the Denver area . Everything was clean, neat, orderly . Communications with the Host was very responsive, if needed .

Amazing place and wonderful stay

The place is straight up one of the most clean and most comfortable places I’ve ever booked. The area was very quiet and we had quick access to any place, including an hour drive to the Rocky Mountains! The host was very responsive and they were able to help my friend and I with anything we needed. Thank you to the host for your wonderful hospitality.

Property was in a very safe area. Easy to find the things we needed.Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was difficult to get up from, could be updated.

Disappointed in Denver

This property is run down at the heels. Large ripples in the carpeting and worn furnishings - not to mention the cockroach in the shower. The property needs some TLC. Based on the listing, this is not what we expected.

Nice but needs a little updating

For the price not bad just a few things you need to make sure you buy or bring. No ice maker and no soaps or shampoos and no blow dryers. Bring coffee, creamer & sugar if you want coffee in morning. Carpet and couches could be replaced. Hard to get out of for older people. Not even sure one was a sleeper or not we moved furniture and used futon in closet. Sheets could also use some updating( they were thin and pilly). Needs extermination for spiders, we saw several. Nice walking trail around lake and quiet neighborhood.

Overall Dated Environment

Overall, for the price, it was okay. Negatives: All of the furniture was dated and uncomfortable so the living room wasn't utilized as it could have been. The dark carpeting was very old. It looked dirty. The sheets were old (thinning) and some of the lights and table lamps didn't work. The rental could be super nice if the owner would renovate with a fresh coat of paint, updated comfortable furniture, new carpeting, and new WHITE bedding. Rather than putting in a countertop microwave, fix the one that is above the stove. To me, it says the owner isn't wanting to invest in their rental. Positive: The location worked well for us, and it was great that it had 2 bedrooms/2 baths.

Avoid

Host double booked property, it was occupied when we arrived. When contacted about this fact their initial response was “not our fault”, “sorry for the inconvenience” and zero assistance in finding another place to stay. They refused request to call for 90 minutes. Vrbo has been worse. After almost 2 hours on phone they found us a motel. We booked a 2 bedroom condo and they tried to shove us in a single room with 2 full beds. The place they picked was 2 star and was filthy. I have requested full refund and Vrbo still has yet to confirm and process. Worst ever, I host 2 properties with Vrbo and I am horrified at the thought any of my guests could ever be treated this badly. Zero accountability from host or Vrbo.

Get away weekend

Came in for a concert at Red Rock. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Would absolutely stay again and probably will.

Very comfortable accommodations

The condo was very roomy and comfortable. We were only there to sleep as we were visiting family. The only negative thing I would say is that the livingroom furniture was a little old and was a little difficult for my 85 year old Mom to get out of. Other than that the beds were extremely comfortable.

Perfect place for a weekend

This condo was excellent. It had all the amenities needed, it is a bottom unit so it stayed very cool throughout the day. Great location with lots of things close by and a lake right across the street. The owners were great communicators and the check in process was very smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Good experience overall

This property is conveniently located, and felt like a pretty safe neighborhood. We really appreciated having a full 2 bed/2 bath condo, for a price comparable to getting a hotel room. The host was very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. The only fault I would note would be what I believe other reviews may have mentioned as well. The condo could use some updating. The carpet and the couches are probably due to be replaced. They should maybe also revise where they keep all of the bedding. They ask that you make beds upon arrival and strip beds at departure. I don’t have a problem with this, but the washing machine is small, so only one mattress protector or comforter can be washed at one time. What happens then is that the laundry piles up. When we checked in, there was laundry in the washer, and the dryer, and piled up on the floor next to the machine. There was still plenty of clean bedding in the closets, but seemed odd and not overly professional to need to deal with other’s laundry during our stay… Still, for what we paid, I would still take this over a hotel room any day.

Lake Condo Arvada Colorado

This was a perfect spot for our stay !! It was centrally located for us to visit family and see the sites ! The condo had absolutely everything we needed and was clean we will definitely be back !!!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped

The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed and hostess/cleaning lady did their best to solve a couple of minor issues we had. The only negative comments I have on this property are: 1. Lockbox is ancient and extremely hard to figure out and use. Self check in/out method seriously needs an update. 2. Making you wash sheets and towels is not right, especially since nowhere on the post does it warn you you'll be asked to do it and "failure to do it may result in you being charged"

Just a little get away

Overall a good place to stay. Min. About of items pots pan glasswear etc. Also non matching. But seeing we only tried to cook breaksfast for 4 it was ok?? Good neighbors. But tons of goose poop So be careful where you walk or sit.
