✹ The detached in-law apartment consists of 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The owner lives in the main house, but it is also rented out occasionally, so you might notice other guests at the main house!
There is no parking in the driveway as it is a shared driveway that the owner uses, but there is plenty of free street parking available!
During the summertime Texas is known to have quite a few bugs and critters, so please be aware of this possibility!
