This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished house away from the busy & crowded South Lake Tahoe area YET close enough to everything (going to Emerald Bay, lake, casino, ....)

On Pioneer Trail very close to HWY 50
Perfect centrally located to all South Lake Tahoe Ski Areas even Sierra Ski Resort.

Fenced yard in case you want to bring your dog (additional $35 daily fee per pet & pet refundable security deposit as well as Pre-approval from owner is needed, ....). Cat is not allowed.

Sleeps 6 people (up to 4 adults and 2 kids under 5)
Master Bedroom has a KING size bed & Guest bedroom has a bunk bed each with FULL size mattress

TV in living room & Master Roku (high speed Internet)

Full kitchen with all you need.

Central Heater + a couple additional space/portable ones.
No Air Conditioning (really not needed in Tahoe). One portable fan.

A gas BBQ (not in winter)

Great spot to stay near Heavenly

My family really enjoyed staying here for our Heavenly ski trip. The host was great at communicating, would happily stay here again.

Great esp with a dog

We booked a last-minute trip to Tahoe and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dog was very comfortable and the neighborhood very walkable. We did pay an extra pet deposit, but we got 100% of it back. You can trust this listing.

A great weekend get

Three of us girls were so happy to get away for the weekend and stay in this cute little home. The layout was perfect for the three of us. We cooked a few meals and slept well. The bunk bed was a little tight for a taller person, but we were able to manage. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed walking. It was just a short drive to the lake and to a few great restaurants. We had no issues throughout the weekend and had great communication with Ali for any questions or recommendations.

Great house close to South Lake Tahoe

The location of the house is great. It is in a quite neighborhood but all activities in South Lake Tahoe can be reached easily and quickly. The house had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. The two bedrooms are comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom had great amenities, such as a toilet with heated seat and a rain shower. The water pressure was great and the water turned hot quickly which was nice after a day outdoors. The host is very responsive and provide all necessary information. We will definitely come back.

Terrific, dog-friendly house in South Lake Tahoe

The house had everything we needed throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We loved having two large-screen TVs, and one of the bathrooms was newly renovated with a great shower (and even a high-end bidet toilet with a seat warmer!) The location was also terrific, in a quiet neighborhood and close by to several restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed snow shoeing with our dog at Bijou Community Park, which was only a 12-minute drive away. Ali was a great and communicative host. We put down a pet deposit through Venmo that was separate from the pet fee, and he promptly sent it back after we checked out without any issues. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to South Lake Tahoe.

Awesome place

Ali’s place is close to SLT and to everywhere else we needed to be during our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, and our dogs loved the backyard. Ali also stayed very communicative throughout the stay and answered quickly to questions.

Great location and updated modern home!

Great host....excellent communication! We appreciated him very much. Wonderful location. We enjoyed multiple hikes! Close to the beaches too. We enjoyed Pope's Beach. Highly recommend!

Great place!

The house has a great layout, in a nice area, huge back yard, well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. The owner was super easy to communicate with and refunded my pet deposit on the day that I checked out. We will definitely return in the future.

Refreshing stay

We picked this property hoping the pictures would be at least close to the reality. To our surprise the house was in spotless shape, indoors modern and looked recently remodeled. Very comfortable. Short distance to areas we wanted to go. The property owner responded very quickly to all questions we had and offered to resolve any challenges, but there were none. We have great time! Nice refreshing place to stay.

Wonderful stay

The place is very comfortable and clean. We loved every minute. Ali is an amazing host. We had a little issue and he was on the phone working with us to solve the issue and went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Home away from home

This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe and we immensely enjoyed our stay at Ali's property. The unit was exactly as described incl. the nicely renovated deluxe bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was stocked with a lot of extra cutlery and cooking supplies. The location was perfect to explore all that Lake Tahoe has to offer and Ali even provided us with great recommendations where to hike which we enjoyed a lot. The owner was a great host and in constant contact with us to make sure everything was going well. If we will be planning another trip to Tahoe we'll definitely come back to this rental unit. Thanks again so much for sharing your home with us.

Short weekend stay

Property was exactly like the listing showed. Cute and clean. We were in town for a wedding and it couldn’t have been easier. Close to town and restaurants. Cute grocery store right around the corner! Owner was great at communicating instructions and places to eat and hike. Would stay again!!

Terrific!

Loved loved loved the Atroari cabin! The check-in was smooth, the condition pristine, and location excellent. We found EVERYTHING awe needed, up to thoughtfully provided zip lock bags and topper wear! The cabin is steps away from hiking trails and a short drive from best beaches Tahoe has to offer. Could not have been happier!

Great house for a Tahoe getaway trip

We liked the quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Would have liked regular t v channels and a guide on how to use the tv. Very spacious living area. We would stay here again.

Ali was very communicative and helpful through our stay. The home is updated and clean with a large fenced yard. It is located just off a main road which is busy and loud during the day if you would like to spend time in yard or on the deck. The noise is not a problem inside or at night.

Great location!

Perfect home for us as we visited family living in the area. Close to town & Heavenly ski area, but not on the main thoroughfare so you avoid the crowds. Home is updated, clean and offers all the amenities you need. Owner is very responsive and offers suggestions for those not familiar with the area. We greatly enjoyed our stay!!

Thank u - Ali! for an awesome place!

Of course Looked around and making sure i selected a great place. First of all i always looked for Pet Friendly places as I always want to bring my dogs. 2nd I look for Location on the map making sure the place i pick is near places. This place checked box both of these requirements. Ali the homeowner is a great communicator too! He took care of the pet deposit & deposit separately-so thank u! And he returned the security deposit the same day! Also, I recently just lost my 17 year old baby girl dog. And I pinged Ali and he returned her fee quickly without any questions thank u being so considerate of me! Always pinging us and giving us suggestions/tips for Lake Tahoe - again, thank u! The spot was really nice and clean i reallly enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back i will definitely consider this place again!

Great place to stay in South Lake Tahoe

This was a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath house 10 min from downtown south lake tahoe. The house had a great kitchen to operate from, nice bedrooms and beds and comfortable to use bathrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and residential. There is a supermarket less than a mile away and great options for food on west side of south lake tahoe. The only complaint is the heater is a bit loud when it turns on so if you're a light sleeper you may want to take that in consideration if you're going during a cold season. Otherwise very convenient and would recommend.
