Bed linen and towels are not provided – Please contact Marie if you want her to provide you with the necessities (20 euros per double bed –6 euros per person for the bath kit)

We ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. The cleaning deposit will be €80. You can also ask Marie to do the end-of-stay cleaning.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

Marie from Ty'Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (sheets, towels, cleaning, babysitter, full fridge...)
Marie can welcome you from 2pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be done. If you wish to arrive earlier, do not hesitate to ask her.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the apartment before 11am (10am if cleaning option requested). If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
