Located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, the villa Ti Manac'h, of more than 200 m², has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a fenced garden of 1000 m2, a 10m x 5m swimming pool, a terrace and its garden furniture.
The house comprises on the first floor: an entrance, a kitchen open to the living room of about 60m2, with 3 large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the garden. A laundry room, toilets and a shower complete this level. The landing on the 1st floor serves 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. It has a billiard room on the mezzanine. On the top floor, the attic is converted into an en-suite with bedroom, lounge area and shower room with toilet.

- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80 x 200 (they can be assembled into a 160 x 200 bed),

The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an US fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an outdoor gas barbecue. In the laundry room, you will find: a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. A hairdryer is available in bathroom N°1.
The accommodation includes 1 WIFI network, 1 smart TV and connected speakers in the living room.
2 parking spaces are available on the plot, in front of the house.

The location is ideal for families. The villa, close to the sea (5 minutes walk), is located at:
- 300 m from the centre of Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys and its shops
- 5 km from the Rhuys-Kerver golf course
- 9 km from the port of Crouesty
- 25 km from Vannes train station

The swimming pool, heated to 24-25°C, is operational from May 1st to September 30th.

On the day of arrival, the concierge will welcome and hand over the keys from 4 p.m. (until 6 p.m.).
At the end of the stay, the inventory of fixtures will be held before 11 a.m. (to be agreed with the concierge service)
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.
Bed linen and bath towels are included and will be provided by the concierge.
A baby kit including a high chair, a travel cot and a small bathtub is available as an option from the concierge (25€/kit)

A deposit of 2500€ will be requested, managed by Vrbo.

The presence of a swimming pool involves inherent risks and the safety shutter does not replace the constant vigilance of an adult.
The villa is not recommended for families with small children
