¡En una ubicación privilegiada con uno de los precios más baratos en el centro y el casco antiguo, el apartamento 1ZKB, que está equipado con muebles en su mayoría nuevos, impresiona con su diseño asequible y todo lo que necesita para pasar un buen rato en Heidelberg! Está equipado con muchas comodidades, como wifi gratuito, TV de pantalla plana con conexión por cable y lavavajillas. Además de la nueva cama, que mide hasta 1.60 de ancho, también hay un sofá cama en el que otro adulto o dos niños pueden dormir cómodamente. Por supuesto, no debe faltar un comedor. La cocina está separada y el baño de luz natural recientemente renovado con ducha. El apartamento está en el 2do. Primer piso y directamente enfrente de una parada de autobús, desde la cual puede llegar fácilmente a todos los demás destinos fuera del casco antiguo, como. B. Puede conducir zoológico o estación de tren.

Great Location - Small Studio

Best thing about the property: LOCATION Owner met us at the unit and helped me get the luggage to the unit and showed me quickly how to use everything. Then took us to the garage down the road. I had learned only a few days before that we had to pay for the parking garage. It is NOT a 1 bedroom. It's one room with a tiny kitchen & tiny bathroom. We thought the internet wasn't working but the owner came right away and showed us what the issue was. So the next morning when we found that the coffee pot was broke we figured it would be fixed. He never did come by to fix it. The kitchen - 1 coffee cup. (I drink tea so I used it). The sink handle is gone so you just have to grab the top of the thing and hope you don't get the water too hot. Not a lot of space but that was fine for us. We didn't make dinner at this place since we were right there in downtown Heidelberg. No freezer in the frig. So do not get anything that needs to be frozen. The unit is cold due to the building just being older & not having insulation & the beautiful window. The wall heater is sort of covered by the two couches that are there - not sure if that is the issue. Owner did supply a portable heater. Extra blankets or rugs in the unit might help as well. Bed and couch felt hard but could be us. Cleanliness - While packing I checked under the bed to ensure we didn't miss anything - the cleaning crew needs to get under there and clean.

Het appartement voldeed helaas niet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Op de foto’s oogt het wat mooier dan in werkelijkheid, en het geheel voelt meer als een verhuurobject om rendement uit te halen dan als een plek die met zorg is ingericht om gasten een prettig verblijf te bieden. Het parkeren was ook niet ideaal: de garage werkt met een liftsysteem en de constructie maakte het lastig om in en uit de auto te komen zonder mijn handen of kleding vies te maken.Positief was wel de ligging: vanuit het appartement loop je zo het centrum van Heidelberg in. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en prettig.

Super zentrale Lage

Die Lage ist super zentral. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein aufgetretener Defekt im Bad wurde umgehend behoben. Der abgebrochene bzw. nicht vorhandene Hebel der Küchenarmatur, hier in den Bewertungen 07/2020 schon mal erwähnt worden, fehlt immer noch.

Die sehr zentrale Lage lässt die kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten der Unterkunft schnell vergessen. Wenn man sein Hauptaugenmerk auf die Erkundung von Heidelberg, des Schlosses und der nahen Umgebung legt, kann man mit der kleinen, sparsam ausgestatteten Küche sowie dem großen aber eher ungemütlichen Wohn - Schlafzimmer gut leben. Wir halten das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis für unausgewogen.

Nice small apartment in a fantastic location

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in December 2022 while visiting the Christmas Markets. The owner met us at the apartment and checked us in, and provided us with information about the apartment building (filled with mostly local students, very quiet) and directions for getting around. My partner had just badly sprained her ankle and was on crutches, so the several flights of stairs to enter the building and to the floor of the apartment were difficult, but the owner was quite helpful with our luggage and the mobility issue was entirely ours. The apartment is a small studio with a very small shower (from an American perspective) but with great instant hot water, wonderful water pressure and it was entirely functional. The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it’s an easy and very short walk to the end of the street and then across a main road and you are downtown Heidelberg. There is very easily accessible and usable public transportation within a block of the apartment as well, and a grocer and numerous restaurants within less than 5 minutes’ walk. Communication with the owner was swift and thorough, and he was very helpful. The on-site washers and dryers were useful, located in an outbuilding to the apartment building, but a bit difficult to use for someone like me who was unaccustomed to this particular manufacturer. The apartment owner did provide an overview of how to use the machines, so not remembering his instructions was entirely my fault. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for the wonderful location and ease of access to old Heidelberg, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location was truly ideal - walking distance from everything. Our host, Joachim, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us. The home is beautiful, well appointed, and we slept very well.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Baby für 3 Tage in Heidelberg einen Kurztrip unternommen und haben in der Wohnung alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Sofa neben dem Bett konnte gut als Beistellbett umfunktioniert werden. Auf den ersten Blick war auch alles sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen gab es dann aber noch die ein oder andere Stelle, wo nicht ganz so gründlich geputzt wurde. Der abgebrochene Wasserhahn oder die zu kurze Kette für die Fenster-Jalousie haben nicht gestört, sollten aber möglichst schnell repariert werden (wenn nicht schon geschehen). Verkehrslärm oder ähnliches haben wir nicht als störend wahrgenommen (auch bei offenem Fenster). Die Tiefgarage war für uns sehr hilfreich, wenn auch durch die geringen Abmessungen das Ein- und Ausparken etwas abenteuerlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.

Central location with parking

We met Joachim at our arranged time outside the building and he showed us the parking space under the building, my Audi a6 avant was a tight fit but she went in OK. The apartment has everything you need, and the location is spot on. The beds are comfortable and the WiFi is good. The kitchen is 'compact' but my wife was able to cook breakfast each morning! It was quite warm while we where there and we slept well with the window open, although a fan or an air con machine would be a good addition to the apartment. But, overall, I would stay there again and I recommend it.

Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht perfekt

Die Wohnung ist ganz gut ausgestattet und nahe am Zentrum/an der Altstadt, hat aber auch Nachteile: lauter Verkehrslärm da direkt an der Strasse, Bett für 2 Personen ziemlich eng (140 oder 160 cm breit ?) und nur eine Matraze. Der Empfang und die Unterstützung sehr freundlich.

Alles gut

Das Appartement bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist umsichtig ausgestattet und die kleine Küche ermöglicht mit ihrer guten Ausstattung auch angenehmes Kochen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber dafür neu! Für zwei Leute eine gute Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundungen in der Altstadt. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Radeck im Vorfeld und vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Top location, lovely apartment

Met the owner at the agreed time and he showed us in, gave us the keys and instructions for the multi-level parking spot. There was one or two cooking utensils missing but the owner (not allowed to use surnames here apparently) offered to bring them round straight away. And did I mention the location? 5 mins walk to the Hauptstraße (main drag) with all the shopping, cafes and pubs you can handle. An ideal place from which to explore the beautiful city of Heidelberg.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem hygienisch absolut schlechtem Zustand! Das Badezimmer und die Küche könnten nur nach Sagrotan Einsatz !! genutzt werden.

Einen cosy Nest in die alte Stad

Sehr gut gelegen, gleichzeitig ausserhalbe die Menge und anderseids 50 meter vom Altstad-Zentrum. Viele möglichkeiten zum spazieren, besonders wenn man einen Hund hat. Danke nochmals.
