Brand new remodeled modern guest suite with a private entrance located in the sublevel floor of a 2 story home. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Parking is available in front of the house. Take a short 10 mins drive to jones beach and nearby restaurant. Hop to Manhattan with a 45 minute train ride using the long island railroad conveniently located 8 mins from the house. Local grocery stores and shops are within a 5 mins walking distance which makes this home centrally located.

Long Island getaway

This place was small and adorable! Ot was very clean and cozy. The homeowner did a wonderful job decorating and making sure we were comfortable.

We booked 3 nights but only stayed for one.Home was very clean and decor beautiful. Neighborhood extremely quiet. Uber service was fast in the area. No issues. Just as advertised. Can recommend preferably to a couple as space is small. Stairs not suitable for heavy/lots of luggage thou. Overall we loved it.

A Great Stay

First trip to New York, came for a concert at UBS arena and needed something close. This listing did not disappoint. The pictures are accurate, and the host had everything prepared-including the directions for using the new stovetop should we need it. The bathroom was clean-everything was actually- and very comfortable. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I like this place it’s just what we needed.

I like the place and I would stay there again. I’m sure I’ll return if they’re still renting it. It’s perfect location for my family in Franklin Square. I wouldn’t change anything!

The place is just like the pictures, very clean, nice and quiet. The AC is on the family room area, not in the bedroom. It gets a bit warm if you want to close the bedroom door. Otherwise, really nice place to stay,

Fabulous Hidden Gem

This was the perfect place for us to spend vacationing on Long Island. Great location and so close to family. Place was clean and so nicely decorated. Very comfortable and homey. Excellent amenities. Truly was a gem and we were so happy with our stay. Definitely will use when we come to Long Island again! Thank you Kathy! ❤😎

Cozy apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a basement, but doesn’t really feel like it and it gets sunlight through the windows. It was really clean, plenty of dishes and silverware for the three of us. The bathroom was the best part. Very spacious with a fantastic shower. If we need a place to stay on our frequent visits to Long Island, we will stay at this great apartment.

Modern basement- we’ll be returning

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It’s very convenient to my husband’s family. Just a few small things to mention. The curtain on the door kept falling down, there was a little dust on the lamp in the bedroom and the folks upstairs were a bit loud for two of the three nights we were there. But otherwise it’s a great place to stay. Isnstructions for getting we’re clear and easy to follow. The bathroom is fantastic with its big shower and loads of fluffy towels. The galley kitchen is well equipped with a microwave and a stove top. There is a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. A steamer for your clothes and an electric kettle for hot water.

Really Amazing!

This place is a real DELIGHT!!! Very Clean,peaceful and private, safe area near a major Highway -about 15 minutes from JFK, restaurants and ALL (truly a great location). We want to thank the owner for sharing her beautiful home with us( a real feeling of being at home while away from 🏡 home). Our expectations were greatly exceeded. We couldn't stop talking about the cleanliness, the"classic decor" and the hospitality. We had the chance to meet with the owner; a very nice, pleasant and helpful lady. We want to say THANK YOU and overall: we had a wonderful time and cannot wait to do it again!!! M.L and Vic👌👍
