Venga a disfrutar de nuestra casa de más de 2500 pies cuadrados, 4 habitaciones y 5 baños. La casa tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente y está ubicada en un pequeño vecindario de casas personalizadas A TRAVÉS DE LA CALLE desde la playa estatal Carlsbad. Se encuentra en una tranquila calle residencial sin salida a través del tráfico. ¡Tiene un patio privado con una ducha de agua caliente al aire libre y un fogón de gas incorporado! Cocine sus comidas en la cocina totalmente equipada o en la barbacoa en la parrilla de gas Weber en el patio trasero. La habitación familiar tiene una hermosa chimenea de gas de river rock y es un espacio maravilloso para reunirse para jugar o ver películas. Disfrute de las películas de NETFLIX con Blueray / DVD / CD / IPOD, internet inalámbrico, impresora inalámbrica y 4 televisores de alta definición en toda la casa. El garaje se ha convertido en una sala de juegos con una casa de juegos, juguetes, juegos y mesa de futbolín. Todas las camas tienen colchones nuevos con forros 'CleanRest' y ropa de cama nueva. Very Nice Home Close to Beach

Two blocks from beach. Beautiful house with great amenities and nicely decorated. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts. One of the best that we have rented over the years.

Amazing Family Friendly Stay

Perfect getaway location! The house is so family friendly and conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach, Lego Land and the zoo. All 3 generations were happy! It is one of the nicest stays we’ve had as the owners have thought of everything and were so nice to rent from. Hope to go back!

Amazing Stay

Four lifelong friends gathered at Kimberly and Jeff's home and had a wonderful time. They were VERY communicative, kind and responsive. We sat for hours in the beautiful back yard around the gas fireplace. I haven't ever seen such a well-appointed kitchen in a rental, the house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. They even had soap and lotion which a lot of these places don't as well as treats for us. Were we ever to be in the area again, we will definitely be staying there. Thanks Kimberly and Jeff !

Such a Great Home for a Family Getaway

Loved everything about this property! Location was great- a short walk to the beach; enough spaces for everyone- the playroom was perfect for our grandkids (and even our adult kids at night); and the kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook every meal. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Carlsbad! Thank you Kim and Jeff!

Fantastic house, location, and hosts

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property! The house is amazing - clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. And the real MVP was the playroom. The location is awesome; just 2 blocks and some stairs down to the beach. The beach is narrow so during high tide there is little to no beach but it wasn't crowded which was great. Kim & Jeff were both awesome hosts. They were quick to communicate, offered wet suits for the kids, and made check-out a breeze. We look forward to returning!

Couldn’t be a better Legoland Stay

The property was clean and well appointed. I generally expect this from a rental. What put this over the top was the kids playroom and closeness to both the beach and Legoland. Perfect for a family with young kids!

Best family vacation ever.

Everything we needed for an amazing family vacation was included in this VRBO. Our kids and grandkids had so much fun. The playroom was perfect and well equipped for "down time". Quiet time around the fire pit after the kids were asleep was amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and the thought of everything a family would need.

Perfect Home away from Home

We had a beautiful stay at this home. We are incredibly impressed with everything from the cleanliness of the home to all of the necessities & amenities that were provided. It is a short walk down to a beautiful beach which was rarely busy and so almost felt like our own private beach. We loved sitting outside at night around the fire pit talking & even our teens enjoyed the 'play room'! Great place!

Perfect extended family vacation at the beach

We had a perfect week staying at Kim & Jeff's beach house. The house was a great fit for our family (3 generations), the kids loved the play room, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (we cooked 3 nights in the house) and we all enjoyed the comfortable lounging areas, plenty of space for our quiet moments and sitting outside at the fire pit. Jeff and Kim were perfect hosts and kindly allowed us to borrow some wetsuits, the house is just a short walk to the beach. Our kids are already asking when can we go back!

Great location and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay at this great property. Owners were easy to communicate with and so accommodating. House was very clean and well appointed. The play room for kids is also amazing. Short walk to the beach and plenty of beach equipment on hand to use. Nice central location to all things Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Diego. Legoland, the zoo, safari park, aquarium, and delicious u-pick it strawberries close by.

Exceeded Expectations

Beautiful home, convenient location, and all the amenities you could ask for! This is a spectacular family home and the playroom kept our 4 year old entertained for days! The owners were an absolute pleasure and overly accommodating. Five stars across the board.

Wonderful Carlsbad Trip

The house was amazing and so well equipped. We had everything we needed. The host was accessible and great to work with. We had a great time and were very comfortable. The playroom and backyard were great for downtime with the grandkids. We also loved Carlsbad and the house was an easy walk or drive to the beach. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay! Logistics and communication were seamless. Beautiful home, location is excellent, quiet neighborhood, easy stroll to the beach, steps to the train station yet no train noise. The best part however was the play room! We had 4 kids that would have spent the trip playing in the playroom if we'd have let them! Definitely would recommend this stay!

Carlsbad family vacation

Beautiful house! Fully equipped with everything we needed and the kids loved the playroom. All four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs (plus a half-bath downstairs). Three of the bedrooms share one hall access bathroom, so maybe not an ideal setup for multiple non-related families but worked fine for our 3- generation family group. We all enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Time

Amazing host! The house lacked nothing. We walked to the beach every day, they supplied everything we needed to enjoy our beach time. The play room was well thought of. The kids had a blast in there. Highly recommended for family. Thank you, Jeff and Kim:)

Absolutely Incredible!

Wow. This home is perfection! We head to Carlsbad yearly for the 4th of July and this is by far our favorite home. The kitchen is stocked, the play room is wonderful, the beds are so cozy, and steps away from the beach! The homeowners are the sweetest, leaving goodies for the kids and jumped onto any requests we had, including helping find a babysitter! We will be back and we cannot recommend this rental enough! Thank you Jeff and Kim!

Beautiful home, location is amazing, perfect for kids!

What an amazing stay we had, we made this property our home for 3 weeks. The owner Kim is outstanding! She/ they have thought about almost every little detail. Have had many rentals but no one has ever gone above & beyond like they did. From house hold supplies to diaper pail, pack & play, toys etc Plus being able to walk to the beach was great, and just a quick drive to about any where to do so many different things. I highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to come back here.

SoCal at its best!

This VRBO gem was perfect for our group of 9. We had 6 adults and 3 girls, ages 2, 2, and 4. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the girls loved the playroom, complete with playhouse, puppet stage, legos, dollhouse, books, tv and much more! The beach is easily accessible as are grocery stores, and a myriad of restaurants. We enjoyed a day at Legoland, the Safari Park and a fun morning at the Carlsbad Aquatic Center. Communication with the host was excellent! We would love to stay in their beautiful home again.

Best stay EVER

This house is an absolute dream. When you imagine getting a house close to the beach, you wouldn’t even hope it was this good. The pictures are accurate. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The neighborhood felt so safe and welcoming. My 80-year-old in-laws took a walk every morning and loved it. We had three generations staying at the house, and we all had enough living space and hangout space. The owners are beyond gracious and wonderful to communicate with. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

Great Beach House

This Carlsbad beach house was perfect for our family vacation! The location was perfect. A very nice south Carlsbad State beach was easily accessed by a 10 minute walk. The house itself was located in a cul-de-sac neighborhood which was nice and quiet. Kim and Jeff thought of every need in the house including skewers for roasting marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. The converted playroom garage area was fully stocked with toys that fit all age groups. Our grandsons had hours of fun in the playroom! There was easy access to Interstate 5 making it easy to get to San Diego and various theme parks. Thank you Kim and Jeff for sharing your beautiful beach house!

We live next door to this property. We're just about to begin our 10th year of vacation renting. It's YOUR house during your stay - you can expect to see us going in and out of our house, but you will get complete privacy. It's a lovely neighborhood and the beach is one of our favorite surf spots.

The house is CLEAN, well maintained, and fun!

The beach is magical! There's something for everyone - playing in the sand, jumping in the waves, boogie boarding, surfing, or just relaxing in the sun. One of the greatest joys in life is quality time with family. We set up this home with the hope that guests will create lifelong memories and have a wonderful time so they come back (and a lot of them do)!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It is an easy five-minute walk to a lovely beach where you will descend a staircase of about 100 steps and find yourself on a beach with locals and campers (no big crowds of tourists).

The house has hard floors throughout and all mattresses and pillows are encased for cleanliness. It is beautifully decorated, well maintained and without "owner clutter."
