This is a villa with a surface area of 110 m², air-conditioned and centrally heated, ideal for families, located in a quiet, private and secure residence.
In order to preserve tranquility and neighbourly relations, parties are prohibited.
Living in the residence, I will remain at your disposal if needed.
The house has a private parking space equipped with a charging socket for Type 2 electric vehicles (7 kW).

The house is positioned near the beaches (1/4 h) and the downtown (10 minutes from the historic centre) of Montpellier. The hinterland is also directly accessible. Comfortable and carefully decorated, the house includes a shaded garden and a south-facing swimming pool. Cycle paths lead to Montpellier and to the sea.

The first floor of the house consists of a large open space of 55 m², including the living room with fireplace and the kitchen with a central island. A toilet is also present on the first floor.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee machine and dishwasher.

Upstairs, there is the bathroom (with 1 toilet) and the 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. A 90 mattress, with its bed linen, can be used as an extra bed. A baby cot is also available.
Sheets and towels are provided.

The house is south-facing and the enclosed garden of 200m² is shaded and protected from the view. 2 terraces are present in this garden framing the private swimming pool; one under a wisteria and the other near an olive tree, each equipped with garden furniture. A barbecue is also at your disposal and is positioned according to your layout.
The garage is accessible from the house and the washing machine and dryer are positioned there.
The house is equipped with high-speed internet access (fiber optics), which serves as a source for the television (Orange TV).
A remote-controlled gate closes the entrance to the residence and parking spaces are usable in banality.
