Mini vacay

This is the absolute perfect place to stay if you’re ever in the Pigeon Forge area. This was our second visit to this condo and we absolutely love it.

Great Stay

Lovely penthouse, beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great area close to everything and a beautiful view of the river. Penthouse was clean with everything we needed.

Christmas vacation

What a fantastic location!!! We were so close to everything. It Was beautifully decorated for Christmas including trees, pillows, throws and lights!! The perfect amount of Christmas!!!! We will stay here again!

The best place to stay in pigeon forge

This is our home away from home. We make sure we book in advance to ensure we have this place to stay in. The people are very quick to respond to any questions we may have. It’s clean. Like clean clean. We walked in and never expected to truly feel like we were enjoying a Christmas break with all the decor in our condo. It was amazing. A gorgeous tree in the main living area. A beautiful tree in the master bedroom and one upstairs as well. The balcony and stairwell was decorated with garland too. They certainly took the time to make sure whoever was staying felt at home at Christmas. Thank you for everything. We truly enjoyed it. It’s right off the parkway so easy to get to any place. It’s quiet. The view is gorgeous. It’s peaceful and just top notch. You won’t be disappointed. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Perfect Christmas Stay

We loved everything about this beautiful condo! Communication with the owner was the best we have ever had. She replied almost instantly every time and never let it go more than 5 minutes without a reply. The condo was decorated for Christmas and we absolutely loved it! The decor was top tier, the view of mt leconte was breathtaking! Our first day there was during the negative wind chill day and TVA did rolling blackouts. She was quick to let us know that the automatic locks on the front door require WiFi so we will need to make sure we keep someone at the condo to be able to get back in in case we need to leave until the power came back. (Thankfully the fireplace worked during this) We had plenty of space for our family and enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table eating and playing games! The location was the best. You are right down the road from apple barn but you couldn’t hear traffic from the strip. Being that close came in handy when it snowed and iced over the roads one night! We saw where people couldn’t get to their cabins because of that. We could also see the Wheel lit up at the island at night. We will definitely be staying here again! If you are looking for somewhere close to town but has a home feel you must book this condo!

Perfect Location

Our family and extended family enjoyed a week here Nov. 18 to Nov. 25. We LOVED this location. Having stayed directly on the parkway before and the traffic that is on this road, it was a blessing to be right off the parkway. This makes is so easy to get in and out and get where you want to go. Super close to the Applebarn (literally less than a mile). And pretty much everything else. Walmart is right up the street. The condo has 3 bedrooms plus loft with double bunks so it slept our group of 6 easily. 3 FULL baths is nice to have as well. Fully stocked with anything you'd need to get your stay started. Initial supplies of dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Plus a few snacks even. The balcony on the back has plenty of seating and the view is beautiful of the creek and woods. This unit is right off the elevator on the 4th floor. Very convenient. There are also luggage carts available in the garage to haul your belongings up, which was very helpful. The wifi works great. We would happily stay here again. Kim, the owner, was very quick to help us when needed.

Double Booked

Booked and paid well in advance. Received confirmation email for our arrival but when we were 30 minutes away, close to midnight, I messaged for the door code and the host said someone was already in the unit. They had double booked the condo. Everything in the area was completely booked. Our family of 5 had to lodge in a hotel an hour away in Knoxville. The host didn’t feel it was their place to assist in anyway. I gave all 1 star just due to a selection being required. Unsure of cleanliness or area.

Will return - favorite place.

Very well pleased. This will be our go to when we visit TN which is our favorite vacation spot. We also stay there when passing through to travel to family. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property in a great location

Very nice property with a great view. Rooms are clean and spacious. We were just a family of 4 and definitely were not utilizing the full property as this can easily fit 10+. Each room had all the right amenities and decor was clean and just right. The hosts were clear on communication and prompt when needed. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the views.

Condo by the Apple barn

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very easy to get to. Mainly flat roads and just down the street from the Applebarn. It was super nice to find a place with this many rooms so that each person had privacy. The added bunk beds helped too! And the loft was super relaxing after a long day. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had. My husband enjoyed the coffee too. The balcony is extra long with great seating and a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and everything was decorated so cozy. Thank you!

Perfect condo for a family stay

We had an awesome stay in Pigeon Forge. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The perfect space and amenities for a family vacation. We have 5 kids and everyone had their own bed to sleep comfortably. Beds were Comfortable and condo is nicely decorated, clean and very well maintained. It’s located on a quiet street but very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge with all the activities, restaurants and shopping you could want. Also very close to Walmart and grocery store if you need to pick up a few things when you arrive. Wonderful and very prompt communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!!

Girls' trip

This property was wonderful. It was very clean and just as described in the listing. The host communicated throughout the entire experience with us each time we had questions. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Accessing the property was easy and the environment was safe. We will definitely book here again!

Great Stay in Pigeon Forge

My family and I stayed here for a quick getaway weekend. The condo was in superb condition. Layout of the rooms and loft was fun. Especially the Bunk Beds. Furniture and bedding was all up to date. Location was less than 5 minutes from the Outlets and other restaurants. We loved being on that side of town. Overall the condo and stay was wonderful.

From beginning to the end, perfect!

When we got to the house, there was a gift basket waiting for us. Everything was clean and fresh. The balcony view was awesome! Had a wonderful time at the pool and game/gym. One television did not work. Once it was reported, Mrs. Sherlin came the next day with a new one! The house was not far away from all activities that Sevierville/Pigeon Forge has to offer and it is easy to get to! Everyone was so friendly! They even had new baby gates for us to use since we had kids ages 1 and 3. This is a place I would love to come and rent from again! And yes it was enough room to accommodate 7 adults and 4 children! Thank you for everything and letting us stay! If I could give 50/100 stars, I most definitely would!
