Welcome to Malo-les-Bains! Our lovingly renovated family house awaits you 750 m from the beach.

Spacious and bright, it offers a large convivial living room, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms and a pretty garden with terrace and barbecue.

Ideal for family holidays or a business trip, up to 8 people.


🛋️ First floor:

- A large living room with living room and connected TV (WiFi, Prime Video, but also other platforms with your personal accounts).

- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, bean or filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery.

- A table on the central island that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

- Separate toilet on this level.


🛏️ 🛁 First floor:

- A master suite on the front of the house, with 160x200 bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom (vanity unit + shower).

- A second bedroom with a 140x200 bed and storage space.

- A large family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and second WC.

- A child safety barrier for more peace of mind.


🛏️ Second floor

- Attic room, perfect for children or teenagers, with 2 double beds (140x200), TV, books and a small relaxation area.


🌿 Exterior & outbuildings

From the kitchen, by a descent of stairs you access a landscaped garden: terrace with table for 8 people, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture at the bottom of the garden for the aperitif, deckchair and brazier for summer evenings.

The garage is not accessible for cars, but it houses a table tennis table, washing machine, dryer, freezer and a secure space for your bikes.


You will enjoy the accommodation in its entirety.

A deposit of €300 will be required before your arrival in different formats:
- For stays of less than 6 days: a bank imprint
- For stays of 7 days or more, a bank transfer will be returned to you within 7 days maximum after your departure.

Arrival will be done independently thanks to a connected lock: the personalized access code and a digital welcome guide will be sent to you the day before your arrival after receipt of payment of the deposit.


Throughout your stay, you will be accompanied by Audrey, from the Rent to Dey concierge service.
She will be your privileged contact: she will be happy to answer your questions, help you if necessary and share with you her best local addresses to discover Malo-les-Bains, its restaurants, its beach and its surroundings.


Some additional information and rules:
- This accommodations are not recommended for people with reduced mobility (stairs and steps).

- Parties are forbidden and we ask to respect the noise pollution between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. to respect our neighborhood.

- Parking: please do not park in front of neighboring houses for their well-being.

- Accidental breakage: please let us know before you leave.

- Garage not accessible to vehicles.

- Early check-in (2pm) or late check-out (12pm) depending on availability for an additional €10 for either of them, payable outside the platform.
