## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with a lift, it includes:

* a master bedroom with a double bed;
* a second bedroom with a double bed;
* a third bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed;
* two functional bathrooms;
* a fully equipped kitchen;
* a dining area with table and chairs;
* and a living room to relax after a day out.

You will particularly enjoy its brightness and views.

For your comfort, you will have access to: Parking, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

Bed linen is not included but can be rented. La Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to offer this service.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM, but can be earlier depending on availability upon request via SMS to the concierge.

The apartment is located:

* 200 m from the Palais de Megève (sports complex with swimming pool, ice rink, spa and tennis courts);
* 450 m from the Jaillet gondola lift (to reach the Combloux ski area);
* a few minutes’ walk from the town center (restaurants, shops, stores and boutiques);
* 15 minutes by car from Lake Javen (its alpine setting is very peaceful).

There is also a ski rental service right in front of the building.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Beyond the charm of its narrow streets, Megève offers nature lovers an exceptional mountain setting of forests, alpine chalets and charming mountain restaurants, with breathtaking panoramic views of Mont Blanc.

In winter, beginners of all ages can enjoy the comfort of the vast, gently sloping pistes on skis or snowshoes, while more experienced skiers can hurtle down the slopes of Côte 2000.

In summer, the magnificent green spaces of the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs invite you to go hiking or mountain biking before returning to the sunny terraces of the village.
