This beautiful Secluded Country Home on acreage is conveniently located halfway between Nashville and Memphis. Only 10 miles from Highway 40. Wake up to a beautiful symphony of singing birds every morning and enjoy the diversity of flora and fauna on the property and the surrounding Natchez Trace's State Forest where you will find many hiking trails, fishing and swimming lakes. In the evening, don't miss the magical lighting bugs (fireflies), which illuminate the entire surroundings.
The property is a wonderful retreat provided by Mother Nature in the Country, just 1.5 hours away from Nashville and 2 hours away from Memphis. The home has been specially furnished with a mix of vintage and mid century modern furniture to provide a comfortable stay.. The living room offers plenty of sitting space to relax with a TV for your Netflix, Ruku, Amazon. The bedrooms have comfy beds with cozy bedding. Kitchen is fully equipped with non stick cooking pots and pans and some complimentary food items: spices, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar. Guests to make sure to go grocery shopping prior arrival. A great place to shop for some groceries is located at:

Nice home

Nice home with a large front and back yard. Bedrooms are big. Bed was comfortable. Large bathtub. Definitely will return.

Clean and comfortable house

We met up with family here and spent time at Natchez Trace State Park just down the road. Everything was just as described, with a nice living room space to relax. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was equipped with essentials. The kids loved the yard to run around in too! It was a great stay.

Safe and peaceful area to stay

We went to the Loretta Lynn Ranch motocross races that ran July 31 through August 5, 2023. We had about a 45 minute drive to get there, which was fine. When it started raining mid-week, my husband went to the very muddy race track, and I was able to watch the live you tube of the race from our wonderful vrbo. I spent quite a bit of time rocking in the rocking chairs on the front porch. It was heaven! I highly recommend this vrbo, and I loved eating at Patty's Restaurant.

Great House

We really included staying here . The house is beautiful, clean and secluded. The beds are amazing and furniture in the living room is comfortable too. My 11 year old loved the recliner! There is a dollar general about 10 min away where you can get groceries. The park close by is really nice as well . Easy check in and the host is really nice and easy to get in touch with . We would stay here again

A great little getaway

The house was absolutely adorable with some mid century touches. The house was tucked away a bit and provided some privacy. If I explore the Natchez Trace State park again I will definitely stay here.

Nice get away from the busy life.

We booked this house last minute since our other location was canceled prematurely due to maintenance issues. This house is a great house, clean, quiet and the beds were AMAZING! I wish I would have checked what kind of mattress so I could get one too. Everything you need is in the house to include some seasonings. I loved the sugar packages since I forgot to pack some. The house's location between Memphis and Nashville was very helpful, still a little drive but a great place to relax after a day out. I do suggest you stop to get any food or supplies you need on the way in. The nearest grocery store is a good drive away. There is a nice dollar store that has most of the stuff you could need. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would love to stay again. If you need an easy check in, clean house, and the most amazing beds, pick this one and relax. Lastly, one of the mornings a few deer showed up in the backyard!
