**BEACHFRONT NOTE** While Residences at Villas del Sol has a beach front area, you must walk approximately 50 meters from the apartment's front door to the beach through our beautiful gardens and shared common area's with the Thompson Hotel. Any guests that stay at the Villas del Sol can have access to the Thompson Hotel's many amenities such as gym, tennis courts, and beachfront pools by consuming a minimum of 50 USD per adult per day at their many restaurants or bars. Our House Rules: Cleaning: Please be respectful of the unit and the things inside it. The unit will be cleaned once per week. If you require additional cleaning, it can be arranged for a fee of 350 pesos. At the end of your stay, please ensure that dishes are washed and any large messes are looked after. A/C: The villa has a number of AC units to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time and please refrain from leaving the AC on when not in the unit. Noise: Ensuring you enjoy yourself is our top priority. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, we also ask you to be mindful of the other people that are staying here. This means no loud audio devices in public areas and a noise curfew of 9:30pm. Vistas Bay prides itself on having a quiet, relaxing and family friendly environment and as such partying, excessive drinking and other rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property. Pool: The condo has a beautiful pool located just above your villa, for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring glass into the pool at any time.
