Spacious ranch style lodge nestled among 34 acres of New Jersey woodland. The perfect blend of a mountain retreat and the beautiful beaches of New Jersey. Only 15 miles to Sea Isle City and Ocean City, Avalon 20, Stone Harbor 21, Wildwood 30, and 32 miles to Cape May's amazing restaurants and shopping. Cape May Zoo is only 16 miles away with free admission. Featuring 3,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, including a large master suite with large bathroom, a custom professional kitchen with vaulted ceiling, and 2 family rooms. You must be 35 years and older to stay in our home. No parties allowed. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS .

Look out the back kitchen windows and you will see the patio, the fire pit for evening campfires, and a view of the woods. Enjoy hiking on the trails awaiting you. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, and even room to park your boat. Sleeps 10. 1 King, 3 queen beds, 2 single beds.



High speed wifi and 3 Roku TV's. Internet only. No cable.

Bring your own towels, toiletries, toilet paper and paper supplies, beach towels and beach chairs.

8 Beach tags to Sea Isle City provided during season. Must be returned or 45.00 fee per tag will be charged.

Amazing place

Our stay couldn't have been better. The place was spotless and the layout was perfect for our group. The rooms provided plenty of space, the master suite is fantastic, and the kitchen/dining room is spacious and great for guests. We couldn't be happier and plan to return.

Great Vacation

My family and I stayed for a week and loved the house and property. We used the trails in the back, had a great time using the fire pit and game room. Plenty of space for all of us!

What a place!

This home is gorgeous and the property very pleasant. There is lots of room to go around, there are places to be together and places to go when quiet time is needed.

Wonderful and luxurious

We greatly enjoyed our time in this beautiful country home. There was space to spare and the kitchen is amazing. Tina was a joy to work with and easy to communicate with. I greatly enjoyed her lovely home.

We rented this location because it was a perfect place for us to get ready for our daughter's wedding. It was absolutely perfect. I wish we had more time to explore. We are definitely going back. Great for our large family.

Great place, Fantastic host

Overall could not have had a better experience renting this place. By far one of my best experiences in dealing with one of these vacation rental apps. The host was more than accommodating and extremely helpful even when I ran into a few unexpected issues. House was beautiful, clean, and overall a great place to relax and enjoy. I would recommend this house and host 10/10 times.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful week. Sea Isle was a short car ride away and we went to the beach every day. We also enjoyed the Cape May Zoo and the Ocean City Boardwalk. The house was fabulous and the beds were so comfortable. We had all we needed to cook family meals and enjoy them around the large sturdy table with a great view of the woods. We saw hummingbirds everyday.We appreciate Tina opening her lovely home to us and look forward to our next visit

What a location! :)

This place was a great stay. We went with our best friend’s family and grandparents tagged along as well to make memories with the kiddos. The house accommodated two families of 4 and 3 grandparents very comfortably. Pretty close to everything. Ocean city was close by, Atlantic City for the adults was in good distance. The new kids Waterpark at the Showboat was also close to the home. We loved everything about this summer vacation. From the great host Tina, to the cozy fire pit for our s’mores night. So much fun and great memories. Thanks again.

Amazing Place!

This property is spectacular! We stayed here for my sister's wedding weekend and everyone that stayed raved about the house. It was off of a busy road but you would never know when you're in the house. It was quiet but also had a lot to do with kids toys that my 3 year old loved and a separate game room/bar in the detached garage. We were in a beach house leading up to this and it was a nice change from the typical beach house but still close enough to the beaches and shore towns. Tina is a great host and has done a beautiful job with this home! We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful

The pictures of this home are without a doubt nice. However, the pics really do not do this place justice. Absolutely stunningly beautiful. If there was a pool located on this property I would have never left. The kitchen area is FANTASTIC! This house is very cozy with a plethora of amenities to accommodate guests. If you are looking to rent a place and have stumbled upon this location... search no furher. Tina is awesome to work with and Im sure you wont regret it.

Lovely and Calm

We had a lovely time during our stay - everything was nice and clean and well loved, and the surrounding yard was so beautiful! Communication with the owner was very smooth. I could tell her any issues or concerns we had - though they were few and far between - and get a reply very quickly. I will warn - it'll be smoother if you don't forget any supplies like we did. :p Stores are a considerable distance away, and will eat into your hangout-with-friends time a little. But that's such a minor issue, and I imagine near moot if you spend a longer time there and thus have the time to spend, or if you're going to go to the beaches anyway so have the stops to make. We weren't going to the beach ourselves, so I have no input on travel regarding that. Notes that were sort of specific to our group was that we have someone who is disabled, so having a house that is one story and still so, SO nice was a great boon to have. They had the agency to walk around on their own and join all of us in the living/dining room whenever they wanted, which greatly improved their mood and stay, so it was very nice to be able to find a place that even let them enjoy themselves. There are stairs to get in and out of the house - all doors have porches of various sizes - but after that it was very smooth sailing. Overall a very, very lovely place to stay. We were even considering renting it a second time if we were allowed!

Wonderful weekend escape

We just spent a wonderful weekend at Tina's home. We were 2 families with 3 teenagers and all had a great time. The home is large, open, yet cozy with lots of comfortable chairs and blankets to snuggle in and a very large screen tv. The gorgeous kitchen and open eating area was perfect for hanging out together. We enjoyed a fall walk in the woods behind the house and had a great fire in the fire pit. The garage space that is a converted playroom with bar is such a fantastic bonus! It has its own heating/cooling system, tv and sound bar, 1/2 bath and ping pong table. We had a fun evening of appetizers at the bar and games. We took a 20 minute drive into Sea Isle City to explore and get lunch one day. Tina's home was the perfect place for our two families to enjoy the weekend together - I hope we can return again soon!

Beautiful Home & Amazing Stay

I would give this listing 6 stars if I could. We all agreed this was the best VRBO we've ever experienced with one exception, you just don't want to leave. The house is well designed and Tina has taken a step above furnishing it. I'd like to note the fully furnished kitchen with everything you need and more. Which is rare if not unheard of when staying at AirBNBs or VRBOs. Everything about this listing is a plus and the host is extremely responsive and available. We did not see anything that could be improved on. Thank you again Tina for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
