There's something for everyone in this spacious, centrally located house. Great for groups, there's plenty of room for guests to gather, relax and prepare to take on a Dallas day.
A special "vanity room" in addition to the two bathrooms makes getting ready with a full house a breeze.
The space
Relax before a night out in Bishop Arts in our cozy, boho-chic living room, or make it an evening in with our stocked kitchen and dining/game room, complete with a long table perfect for a family dinner or game night.
Need a private space to focus? Each bedroom is equipped with a desk to level up your "work from away" game. Close the door, take that conference call, and emerge victorious.
Enjoy some fresh air with an outdoor dining area and patio. The 1,000+ square-foot lawn is pet-friendly and completely surrounded by an 8-foot privacy fence. It will also be undergoing a facelift later this summer!
Guest access
Leave your car in the garage or multi-spot driveway - you can access some of the best spots in Dallas on foot or via DART public transportation:
• 7-minute walk to the trendy Bishop Arts District
• 3-minute walk to the streetcar to Downtown Dallas (which drops you steps away from the main DART lines and walking distance to Reunion Tower and the Convention Center)
With easy access to I-30 and I-35, you'll be well on your way to popular spots around the metroplex like AT&T Stadium, Fair Park and DFW/DAL airports.

Long-term guests - we can't wait to host you and help you call Dallas home for a little while. We'll have toiletries and essentials to get you started, and can recommend places to stock up should you need more during your stay.

We fell in love with this house because of how much we love the neighborhood. The house is spacious and the large back yard with a privacy fence makes you feel as though you have your own island escape, right in the middle of Dallas! Walking distance to Bishop Arts District, one of the hottest spots in Dallas, and mere minutes to Downtown Dallas and the Dallas Convention Center, make this house the perfect location for your next vacation.
