The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy around the cozy dining table. Modern conveniences, such as fast Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, are included to make your stay more enjoyable. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and separate WC and a bathroom with a small bathtub.

Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.
For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.

The apartment is located in a quiet residence in downtown Poitiers, 8 minutes' walk from the main square (hypercentre).
You'll find plenty of shops close by (grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.).
Poitiers train station is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. The city center is an 8-minute walk away. The apartment is a 15-minute drive from Parc du Futuroscope.
If you come by car, you can park easily on the street or in the small parking lot in front of the residence.
Cleaning is included in the price, so please respect the premises :)
All linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats).
Strictly non-smoking accommodation, parties are also prohibited.
