Bright, easy-to-live-in single-storey house for 4 to 8 people - 70m2 living space with fully enclosed garden, bike shed and private parking. Pets welcome.
5 mins from the beach, 5 mins from Les Portes sailing club and 5 mins from the tennis club. 5 minutes from the Lilleau des Niges nature reserve. 5 minutes from the shops.
The house is a stone's throw from the shuttle bus stop (salle polyvalente) serving the island and La Rochelle station. It is therefore possible to come and go by public transport. At the end of our street, there is a cycle shop where you can hire bicycles, children's bikes, etc.
The house has three bedrooms for 2 people and a mezzanine for two people.
Sleeping arrangements:
One bedroom with a double bed 160x200
Two bedrooms with 80x200 single beds, which can be joined together to make 160x200 cm double beds. One of these two bedrooms is annexed to the garden (a very popular area for teenagers!).
A mezzanine with two 90x200cm beds.
All the bedding is brand new and of high quality (bases, mattresses, duvets, pillows).
In the garden: fold-out garden table (for 4 to 10 people)
4 deckchairs
Other equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, yoghurt maker, TV, smoke detectors.
Housework: 60 euros
Tourist tax according to number of people
30% deposit on booking. Balance to be paid two weeks before arrival.
We prefer 7-night stays.
