This clean, comfortable, well stocked home is centrally located in a friendly safe neighborhood w/ a caring and responsive host. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and spa. A short drive to beaches, golf, wineries, and fishing. Mentor Headlands beach - largest in Ohio and top for beach glass hunters! Also, treat your pooch to the beach at Fairport Harbor and with renting kayak or paddleboard. Cleveland is just 30 Mins away with world renowned art scene, pro sports, zoo. The home has a mother in law suite attached available for rent ONLY with the main home rental.

THERE IS A $100 PET FEE PER STAY. WE LOVE FLUFFERS. WE THINK THEY SHOULD VACAY WITH THE FAMILY TOO. Dogs must be leashed while enjoying the outdoors.

Early Check-In Available based off occupancy, for a fee. Late check out will be charged $100/hr without prior host approval.

Home has a 2-person HOT TUB! The private outdoor area has a cabana, fire pit, and large spacious yard. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor with 3 additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home upstairs. There is a small efficiency attached off the side of the home, which is vacant. The home has ample parking for several vehicles.

This home is centrally located within a very short walk to many restaurants such as Austin's Grill, Verdi's Italian Market, Aladdin’s (Mediterranean), Blue Fin Sushi and Hibachi. There is a great grocery store (Heinen's) just a short walk as well. Walking across the way you will find World Wines & Liquor the towns largest adult beverage store. Ladies and Gentlemen Spa is just a short walk as well where a relaxing massage may be just what you needed.
