Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of Saint-Louis - minutes from Basel, the EuroAirport, and local tram and train stops. This stylish industrial-design studio offers a private entrance, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. With no shared spaces and a serene garden setting, it’s the perfect place to unwind. As on-site hosts, we're here to ensure you feel truly at home throughout your stay.
The space
🌲🏡🌳Nestled behind our main residence, this newly constructed apartment offers privacy and comfort. Situated on the first floor of a separate building at the rear of the property, it boasts its own exclusive entrance.
LIVING ROOM:
🛋Via the staircase you enter the living room with kitchen and bar where you can relax comfortably in front of the 43" 4K-TV from the leather couch. Numerous 4K channels and streaming platform apps are accessible at the click of a button.
🛜 Our high-speed WiFi, powered by fiber-optic connectivity, is evenly distributed throughout the property. If you need any assistance or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
KITCHEN:
🍽The kitchen provides a 2-burner induction stove top, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Cooking utensils, glasses and dishes are provided.
BATHROOM:
🚿 The bathroom with a spacious, Italian shower offers an additional handheld shower head and complimentary shower gel and shampoo in a dispenser. Two electrical outlets (230V) are available next to the sink. An additional glass shelf provides further space for your toiletries. The mirror with a built-in ring light creates an even and pleasant lighting. A hangable drying rack is also located in the bathroom which can be swiftly set up inside the shower.
All windows in the bedroom are equipped with room darkening blinds. Between the beds there are two electrical outlets just below the nightstand. Of course, you are free to move the beds together in which case you can use the additional outlets right underneath the little work desk. A small wall mounted reading lamp provides light while working at the desk. In the wardrobe there are clothes hangers, shelves, drawers and a pull-out basket.
The living room and kitchen are heated ♨️ by ceiling-mounted infrared panels that provide a very pleasant warmth. Additionally there is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom (reverse cycle) to keep the entire accommodation ❄️ cool in summer. Also the hot water is produced by a tankless water heater in order to efficiently deliver hot water only whenever it is needed.
FAMILIES:
👶🏽For families with young children, we are happy to provide amenities such as a baby highchair, travel crib, toys 🧸 and more. Just contact us in advance, and we’ll be happy to make the necessary arrangements.

Due to possible airline delays we ask you to provide us with the airline’s flight number and time if your plane is landing after 6pm. No late check-in fees will be charged due to airline delays.

4. 🔴Confirm that you and your travel companion(s) (if there is a second or third person) have read and AGREE to the house rules stated at the bottom of this message.

7. 🔴If you’ve booked on behalf of a family member, friend, or colleague and won’t be staying yourself, you must provide us with the full names and addresses of all❗️ guests immediately after booking. For legal purposes, we also require a valid photo ID from each guest at check-in.
In accordance with French law, all non-French nationals must complete a "fiche individuelle de police." If the reservation was made by someone else on behalf of French nationals, we kindly ask them to fill out this form as well.

To ensure the well-being of all residents within our premises and to maintain harmonious relations with our neighbors, we request your agreement to the following house rules:
⚠️1. For safety, comfort, and respect for the neighborhood, 🚭 smoking and vaping of any kind (e-cigarettes, shisha, cigarettes, pipes, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment as well as on the property. Guests are welcome to use the designated smoking area in front of the main house. The use of candles and/or open flames is also not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of 150 euros to ensure a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for future guests.
⚠️2. We kindly request that phone and video calls be made within the confines of your studio or outside the premises and NOT in the garden. This measure ensures the tranquillity of fellow guests and the surrounding community.
⚠️3. We kindly ask guests to respect the privacy of our property. The garden, terrace, and other areas are private and not available for guest use.
⚠️4. Access to our property and the studio is limited to registered guests only. Additional visitors are not permitted.
⚠️5. For the comfort and respect of our neighborhood, family, and other guests, please note that check-ins after 21:00 will not be accommodated, as specified in the listing.
⚠️6. Do not leave your child or children unattended while on our property.

Please note that the studio does not include a washing machine. However, there are several laundromats nearby for your convenience. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.
🔑 Loss of the House Key: For security reasons, if the house key is lost, we require the replacement of the cylinder in the entrance door lock. The fee for this lock replacement is €250.00.
