The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency proposes you to rent, in Grosseto-Prugna, this charming air-conditioned house with sea view, with mountain view, with swimming pool, of a surface of 30 m² and which can accomodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared heated swimming pool (8mx12m), open from early May to early October.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in very pleasant surroundings. You can benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- Nearest train station: Ajaccio train station, about 19 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport, about 15 minutes by car.
