This is a two story loft apartment in a detached carriage house/garage. The open upstairs level sleeps four with a queen size bed, two twin beds, dividing curtain, smart TV and a full bath. The first floor has a full kitchen, dinning area
for 6, sitting area with a sleeper sofa, half bath and separate washer & dryer. There is a dedicated garden patio with teak furniture and outdoor lighting; this is a great place for your morning coffee, happy hour or to star gaze while you listen to the waves. There is a designated parking space in the driveway and free off street parking as well. For your convenience there is beach wagon, beach towels, toys and chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and FOUR BEACH PASSES.
It is located in Narragansett's Historic Pier Neighborhood just a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and a ten minute walk to the town beach. Also within walking distance are shops, restaurants, parks, play grounds, tennis courts, bocci courts, basketball courts, surfing, surf rentals and shops, the library, a bowling ally and access to the 14 mile bike path. The Pier is spread out but our quiet, convenient location offers the best of everything. Come enjoy!

This property was perfect. Lovely hosts, great communication and location. Walk to beach and restaurants. Everything provided for kitchen, bed and bathrooms. Welcomed with a personally written card and nice surprise. Amy and Carl really care and it shows. Look forward to returning. Thank you.

Perfect holiday for our family

Our family had always wanted to spend more time at Narragansett Beach and this was a perfect trip for my husband, daughter and me. The apartment was exceedingly clean and the location was great--in easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and stores--but also with plenty of privacy. The hosts were kind and gracious, and very responsive to any questions, including offering lots of local suggestions. We definitely plan to return!

Location, location, location!

The Loft is in a perfect location, close to everything---beaches, restaurants, shopping---and the best ice cream we've ever had! Great place for the two of us to stay. The yard is lovely and Amy was wonderful. She was quick to respond, and thoughtfully provides many extras, such as beach wagon with chairs and umbrella, and big beach towels. But of utmost importance to me, The Loft was spotless. Cleanest place we've ever stayed!

Wonderful stay!

Cute property, great host! My only suggestion would be to add a reflective strip to the bottom step of staircase. The color of the wood blends with the floor and it makes it easy to miss that step. Otherwise great stay and host was VERY accommodating…

Wonderful holiday away

I can’t say enough good things about the 4th of July getaway friends and I had at Amy’s sweet retreat. The house was immaculate, well equipped with everything we needed including a brand new grill perfect for a bbq. We walked into town every day, to the Coast Guard house for dinner (and lunch!), and ice cream. The 10 min drive to the Block Island ferry for a day trip was the perfect way to end the weekend. Despite crummy weather, we still sat on the patio for drinks, and played the board games she had inside. Amy and her family (and pups!) were so welcoming, we will definitely be back next year! Thank you so much for the memories!

Awesome location!

The cottage was perfect for my daughter and I for our 2-night stay. It was so nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The owners are lovely and responsive to communications. We enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and our morning walk along the coast. It is easily walkable to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

The loft was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach and restaurants, and we loved the available beach chairs and towels. The welcome snacks and drinks were a huge plus and so appreciated.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property for our wedding weekend. It was spacious enough for my small bridal party to get ready at and so close to The Towers, our wedding venue. The hosts gave us a little present to say congratulations which was super cute and personal.

Great location!

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect stay for our annual summer beach trip to Gansett. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach in a quiet spot in the neighborhood. The loft has everything you need and is so nicely decorated. Beach passes and wagon/chairs/etc were awesome to have. We felt so welcomed by Amy and Carl and they were so gracious with our little boys. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location!

With an easy walk to Narragansett Town Beach in a quiet neighborhood, this place was ideal for us. Very clean and nicely appointed, everything you will need is there. We were greeted with a nice note, snacks and a local beverage in the fridge. Full size washer and dryer was nice too. The owners live in the large house on the property and are there to answer any questions you may have. It was hot and humid during our week there so we appreciated the AC! We would definitely stay there again.

Such a gem!

This place was wonderful! It was clean, exactly as advertised on the web. This property was comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was fully supplied with kitchenware so it was easy to prepare meals. Having the washer and dryer was a great touch. Beds were very comfy. You can’t beat the location (easy walk to the Pier, but far enough away so it was peaceful). I think what made this place such a treat was our hosts. The little details in the house (like a welcome note) showed how much they care. They were attentive and prompt with responding to messages from us, but gave us our privacy. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Choice!

Our stay was THE BEST! We needed nothing except food and drink, even had some ice cube trays ready for us when we arrived. Was able to park both our small cars in the yard. The property is peaceful, immaculate and inviting. There are even 4 guest passes to Narragansett Beach, which is the perfect escape from reality and it's within walking distance! If you want an excellent, centrally located place to stay with a generous and kind host...stay at the LOFT!

Beautiful, private property, walking distance to the beach!

Our stay has been amazing! A perfect locating for a small family. Enough space to relax and kids to play. Very clean and organized, everything seems brand new! Our host lives on the property and has been extremely kind and helpful. I can not reccommend it enough!
